Fantastic experience: We worked with Chris and team for our wedding in Shoreditch Studios. We wanted something bespoke that represented both sides of the family and so were relying on someone that had the expertise to help us plan. Chris was fantastic throughout the process, offering cogent and helpful advice across the board, from logistics to creative, made sure we had no hidden budget costs and really took a lot of stress out of the planning for us. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married in April and could not recommend highly enough to service provided by the Wedding Arrangers! From our first contact, Chris and Emma were incredibly helpful and completely put us at ease. Initially, we have a conversation about what our vibes were for the day and from there, their expertise guided and advised us without ever taking away from what we wanted - the whole experience was very bespoke and we didn't have to compromise on anything we wanted. In the months leading up to our wedding communication was constant and responsive, we always felt we were in good hands and that everything was under control behind the scenes which took a huge load off of us! Our wedding day took place over 2 venues, both of which were perfectly organised and managed by the Wedding Arrangers, all of the staff were exceptional and everything ran perfectly throughout the day across both venues. On top of the logistical organisation, The Wedding Arrangers also ran our bar and provided the wine for our wedding breakfast. We had a wine tasting with Chris leading up to the wedding and he was such fantastic. In advance, he asked us about our wine preferences and just absolutely smashed it with the wines he brought along for tasting - we had so many compliments on the wine we served on the day and felt so listened to by Chris with the wines we wanted (even though they weren't the most usual wines served at a wedding!). We had the absolute best day and we just would not have been able to achieve it had we not had the help of The Wedding Arrangers - thank you guys!! x

Fantastic experience: Emma and Chris and the team were utterly brilliant! Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. Our wedding looked amazing, every detail was made to ensure our guests had the best time and more importantly, we felt like special guests at our wedding because the team just made it all happen! We had a couple of meetings prior to the day and he made it all happen, completely effortlessly. Fantastic experience: We used TWA for our daughter's quite large wedding recently - Chris and team are nothing short of amazing! They made super recommendations in the planning stage on venue, caterers, bands - you name it, they had ideas. They very helpfully nudged us along in the early stages and then when we started to get nervous closer to the big day, Chris and team reassured and always came back with reasons to feel secure that the event was in good hands. On the day, they were superb from the early morning start all the way through to the end. We have nothing but immense praise for this talented group of organisers and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin – our wedding day was absolutely flawless. From the start, The Wedding Arrangers made the planning process so easy (or as easy as planning a wedding can be!) Harriet, who is just the most amazing person, was 100% on top of everything and didn’t miss a single detail. It was brilliant having her there on the day and I was so appreciative that she made everything run smoothly without a hitch. It was lovely to also meet Chris for our wine tasting several months before the wedding – it was all such a fun process! I cannot recommend these guys enough, and really hope anyone considering hiring a wedding planner reaches out to them! (and to be fair, if you’re not planning on hiring a wedding planner, think about it!!)

Fantastic experience: We could not be happier to have found The Wedding Arrangers. Chris and Harriet planned our East London wedding at Hackney Town Hall and Shoreditch Studios in May 2023 to perfection. Everything was done to such a high standard, from the decorations, the bar, the flowers, the sound system, the street food, etc. Throughout the whole planning process and on the day, we always felt that they were 100% looking out for us and wanting to give us the best wedding possible. They also knew our wedding venues really well and it translated into a super smooth day where we didn't have to worry about anything. We would recommend The Wedding Arrangers to plan any wedding and especially an East London one like ours.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. Their extensive network of caterers, drink offerings, room decorations and music options brought to life the day we had envisaged but thought improbable. The food and drink throughout the day was beautiful and has had people raving about since. The on the day organisation was fantastic. At all points was either Chris or Emma close by to ensure the day flowed smoothly and all pressure was removed from us. It was our special day and we honestly wouldn't change any of it. Fantastic experience: I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

Fantastic experience: Chris and his team at TWA are absolutely fantastic. We had originally planned a 150+ wedding and then cancelled it because of international travel restrictions due to COVID. With 6-7 weeks notice, we decided to do a full wedding with half the guests but in our house. We knew it was crazy but Chris and his team made it happen and more. They absolutely surpassed our expectations. Every single detail was PERFECT. From the food, to lighting, to decore to sound - and the staff! The staff were absolutely phenomenal!! And to run an event in a London house which was not familiar to them and completely transform it into Ibiza day vibes - OUR MIND WAS BLOWN. Every single guest could not stop complementing. Chris - thank YOU so much for making our day stress free and perfect. We didn't even know it was possible!!!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married in June 2019 and none of it could have been possible without the AMAZING services of The Wedding Arrangers with Chris at the helm. My husband and I were living in Spain and so trying to organise a wedding in London for 100 people was going to be impossible for us. Chris is the nicest bloke you could meet and he took all the stress away for us. His experience and knowledge and contacts in the industry are second to none. Everything we envisioned Chris knew how to make it happen .... an amazing selection of venues to choose from that met our vision, the most amazing Spanish caterer , wine suppliers ... the list goes on! The outstanding thing for us was that Chris is the exact opposite of a salesman ... he often told us to go with a cheaper option as it was as good and in the grand scheme of things would be more than sufficient ... and this meant we could trust him 100% and completely rely on him to help us to make the right decisions . This way of working I think shows how much Chris is not in it for just making money but for genuinely making sure the couples he works with get the wedding they want in line with their budget and vision. Therefore I can not recommend Chris and his team enough! You will not be disappointed!!! Our wedding day was perfect and Chris took every bit of stress away from us and on the day everything from start to finish was exactly as planned. Our 100 guests are still telling us how much they loved our wedding!

Fantastic experience: We used the Wedding Arrangers - Chris Adnitt specifically - to coordinate our wedding last August. We had two venues - Asylum Chapel in Peckham for the ceremony and Shoreditch Studios in Shoreditch for the party - so having a coordinator was a godsend. I can’t emphasise enough how much value Chris brought to our wedding planning - he was hands down our Most Valued Player. From the moment we had our first (free) consultation with him, which gave us a wealth of ideas, we knew we had a true expert in our midst. He connected us to amazing suppliers, he liaised with all our suppliers so that load in and loud out were seamless, he told us what wouldn’t work (like having brick lane bagels as your midnight snack soon after having an amazing curry as your meal)...but most importantly he ensured that we didn’t do anything but enjoy our wedding day. We can honestly say that we didn’t have one bit of stress on the day and this is largely down to Chris. If you’re not sure if you need this is service/ can afford it - I promise you, it will be the best money you spend on your wedding.

Fantastic experience: We couldn’t recommend Chris and the Wedding Arrangers team enough. We got married in Sept 18 in Shoreditch and I still remember every perfect detail about the day. Having selected a dry hire venue and then relocating back to our home city of Leeds we knew we would need help bringing our vision to life. We met with Chris and he helped us sort through the MANY ideas we had and fine tune them perfectly. No request was too much to ask and when we struggled to find the perfect red wine he kept hunting until we got what we knew would be the winner. A small detail you may think but all those small details made the perfect day. There’s no way we would have had the same day without the team. So thank you so much for everything and putting up with all the Northerners!! I just wish I could do it all over again.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we met Chris we knew we were on the same page! We had been put in touch by my sister and her husband who had used his services to provide bar staff for their wedding warehouse party. We knew we wanted something slightly more traditional, we already had our venue sorted but Chris and his team did pretty much everything else. From the food to the insane lighting and production, Chris had fantastic ideas but was also patient with ours and found a way to make them work. On the day everything went incredibly smoothly and if it didn’t we had no idea. I have no idea why anyone wouldn’t use the Wedding Arrangers, however big or small your event. All the staff he engaged were great, professional, friendly, responsive and he really made our day work exactly how we wanted it to, which was rather unusual by some standards! Fantastic experience: We got married at Trinity Bouy Wharf in December 2019 and when we looked back on the best decisions we made over the course of 15 months leading up to it, we kept coming back to The Wedding Arrangers. Not only did Chris and his team do an amazing job on the day so we didn't need to worry about anything apart from having a good time, they also recommended our band and photographer, who were also outstanding (Rockit & Lisa Jane Photography). The package deal we went for took a lot of uncertainty over the final bill off the table and the quality of food and drink was fantastic! To top it all off, at 1.30am when he had been up for at least 18 hours, Chris flagged our taxi down as we were leaving to make sure we took all our wedding gifts and our leftover cake. Brilliant bloke and he made our day very special.

Throughout the entire planning process nothing was too much to ask, he has an incredible list of vendors he works with but was more than happy when we requested specific vendors too. Our day wouldnt have been the roaring success it was without Chris and his team and we will be forever grateful. I would recommend 1000x over.
