I had fallen in love with her previous work while searching for planners who could bring to life the kind of visuals we dreamed of for our wedding in Spain, and not only did they deliver, they exceeded every expectation. I truly miss our biweekly meetings. Each one left me feeling heard, excited, and confident that everything was going to come together perfectly. And it did. Our wedding weekend was unbelievable. Every detail was thoughtful, personal, and magical. The team created the perfect environment for us to be fully present and make the most beautiful memories. Any last-minute changes were handled with such grace and ease and having Alice and the team by my side on the wedding night made me feel completely secure and blissfully happy. Fantastic experience: Everyone always spoke of how stressful planning a wedding was and for a year and a half I waited for the stress to come and it never did. Alice, Yana and Shauna made the planning so stress free and relaxed and allowed us to really enjoy the process and feel all the excitement of planning our day. Alice understood my brief immediately and was extremely quick to propose a list of suppliers who could execute my vision together with her creative design. I am the fussiest person when it comes to detail and I was so shocked to have met my match! She was able to create trendsetting beauty during every element, whilst having a sincere and focused care to my budget and overall feelings. It is so unusual to find someone who operates at such a high level across so many different fields so effortlessly, providing the dream wedding planner experience. She is truly a remarkable business woman and friend who will continue to blow up and stand out in the industry. I must also mention that Sophie Preston is literally the most incredible production manger ever - I had chose the most complicated venue with many different performance acts AND fireworks on the Thames and Sophie pulled it all off. She is insane. The Wedding day itself flowed like a dream and every detail was taken care of before I could ever think about it. All guests were completed floored by the entire experience and commented that it was the best wedding they would ever attend ever. Alice Wilkes Design is truly the A team.

Fantastic experience: I am one of those girls that loves weddings and had been thinking about and talking about my own wedding since I was little. I was so excited to be a bride, and I am SO SO SO happy I hired Alice. Planning our wedding was actually so much fun. It was a time in my life I wanted to enjoy and remember forever, and Alice made that possible and everything perfect. Alice and her team, including my favorite Dream Girl Yana were so incredibly incredibly hard working. I live in California, our wedding was at The Plaza Hotel in New York City, and Alice Wilkes Design is based in London, and I swear we were always gossiping. I really was so impressed by how available the team was and how seamless planning an event across the ocean felt. I know there were a lot of things going on behind the scenes, and as the bride, because of Alice and Yana I never really felt the stress. Their personalities were incredibly calm, professional and playful. I had a sense the whole time that they really had everything under control and in line. I am a very creative person and wanted our wedding weekend to really have a moody vibe, and I was so drawn to Alice’s creativity and attention to detail! I feel like her weddings are always dreamy and give you something unexpected. Our wedding had swans everywhere! Swans at the Plaza. Alice and her team also planned a backyard garden pool party in Greenwich Connecticut that all the Garden Club ladies said felt like a Slim Aarons Photograph. Looking back on my wedding weekend now. It was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew it was going to be fabulous, but it was so much more. The execution was perfect and flawless, it was filled with love and warmth and perfect lighting. It was truly glamorous, elegant, chic, creative, and stylish. Everyone had a fabulous time, and couldn’t have had more great things to say about Alice and the wedding. Love you Alice and Yana. Alice always went above and beyond, catching flights with me to scout out wedding venues in Mallorca, Lake Como and Rome to constantly being on hand for any query or question I had, forever acting as the calming force to put my mind at ease and assure me that everything would be ok. And wow, it was certainly more than ok! I have never experienced anything like it in my life! There’s something truly magical when your vision and your wedding planners style align and mine and Alice’s certainly did that. She created the most perfect wedding day that I will never be able to thank her enough for. It’s been a huge journey to get to the wedding day and planning a destination wedding is no small feat, negotiating with suppliers and the venue in Italy as well as organising UK based suppliers to fly over to Rome, it’s been a lot of work and a lot of back and forth to ensure the perfect day, but from start to finish everything flowed so effortlessly and what Alice and the team created was something out of a fairytale and absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Not to mention Alice and the team pulled the wedding together in 8 short months which is a credit to her organisational skills in itself. Every detail was considered and perfectly executed and her energy throughout the entire wedding planning process was faultless. Sometimes in life you just click with people and right from our very first meeting I knew we would hit it off, countless texts, a lot of video calls and a lot of delays in airports and it’s safe to say now that the wedding is over, I have a very big Alice shaped hole in my life. Alice and the team, thank you for creating, organising and executing a wedding that exceeded our dreams and that was perfect in every way. Fantastic experience: Working with Alice is the best decision we ever had. Although the wedding was 8 years ago but we still cannot forget every detail that Alice brought to us. It was a destination wedding at Paris Four Seasons George V and Alice portrayed a fairy tale wedding which was too good to be true. She understand our wedding requirements and all of needs in our first meet up, indicates her vision and her professionalism. We will never forget when we entered into the hall, The masterpiece, which is the tree of love stunned all of us. There were silver keys handing down the trees and let every guest to write their notes to us. The floral chandelier and beautiful drapes in the dining area creates the perfect vibe for the wedding. The floral centre piece and tableware adds on the romantic ambience and the dancing floor mirror is just perfect. Alice’s design was beautifully executed by the wedding events team and even the star florist Jeff Leatham at Four Seasons Paris. This is a wedding Jeff would always repost when our wedding anniversary approaches and is surely a recognition to Alice. Alice coordinated very well with other external parties such as our wedding photographer. She is able to collaborate with people from different nationalities and culture and inspire everyone. Needless to say, Our guests are impressed by this wedding and still remain as a conversation topic after 8 years. We are glad that Alice’s design business has blossomed and she is the next uprising star in the luxury wedding industry of the world!

Fantastic experience: Alice styled our wedding in July 2021. Our wedding date was just a few days after COVID restrictions had been lifted and she achieved in 12 weeks what I had assumed would be impossible. She was spectacular in understanding my taste and dreams for the day and it took very few conversations for her to totally grasp the concept I had desperately tried (and failed) to present to other stylists. Alice’s communication was exemplary and I soon had total confidence in her work and was able to relax into the planning rather than feeling totally overwhelmed. Her bank of contacts was invaluable and she was able to ensure we had the most incredible florist (All for love London) to execute the design to perfection. I didn’t find our venue particularly easy to communicate with, however, Alice’s assertiveness and professionalism assisted tremendously when navigating the logistics of the day. Alice is incredibly dedicated to her work and on the day of the wedding I was captivated by her attention to detail and passion for her work but also by her total discretion. The day was beyond beautiful in so many ways. I will be eternally grateful that AWD accepted the job and helped us make such special lifelong memories.

Fantastic experience: I decided to get married with only 12 weeks to plan it and so My first task was hiring Alice !!!! she was so calm and precise that the time frame was no issue. everything about my wedding was just perfect. Alice has an absolute eye for detail and has really good taste.
