Fantastic experience: I wrote Rebecca a personal testimonial to thank her for her help with our wedding, yet I have not expressed my thanks to her in public. A year after our wedding, we received a very thoughtful gift from Rebecca to wish us a happy Anniversary. This is such a previous personal bond that we have formed from the event of my wedding. I cherish this relationship with Rebecca and now want to praise her, for all the happy memories she helped to create on our wedding day are still so vividly in my mind. We reached out to Rebecca based on a recommendation from 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, as we planned our wedding at the British Academy. Initially, we thought we could handle the planning ourselves with some occasional help, but looking back, we are incredibly grateful that Rebecca took the helm. Having her lead our wedding planning was the best decision we made. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Rebecca is a true professional who treats her work with respect and dedication. She insisted on being with us from the start of our journey, ensuring that every detail was carefully considered. Rebecca also provided us with a range of top-notch suppliers, saving us countless hours of research and ensuring we had the best options available. Her negotiations and attention to detail were clear indications that she was always looking out for our best interests. Even when we felt overwhelmed because of the complexity of the logistics, Rebecca remained so patient and supportive. We felt encouraged. On the day of our wedding, Rebecca's presence gave us complete peace of mind. She orchestrated everything flawlessly, ensuring that every aspect of the day was perfect. From organizing the setup to guiding our guests, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The transformation of the venue was magical, and she brought our romantic vision to life. This lady did not rest any minute as she had to make sure every stage follows the next, collecting wandering guests and making sure her bride and groom are all looked after. Even when the midnight has come and the feast has ended, Rebecca was the last one to leave the venue. She was busy packing all our gifts and even leaving us with a personal, heartwarming gift. Rebecca made our dream wedding come true. We think of the day and feel this life is worth living. Our beautiful big day was only possible with Rebecca's dedicated work that lasted days and nights, weeks and months. Rebecca demonstrated professionalism, resourcefulness, and endearing personality made her not just an incredible wedding planner, but a truly wonderful person to work with. We cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough. She made our wedding day the most special and unforgettable day of our lives. Fantastic experience: I’ll start with Unimaginable. By that I mean I cannot imagine how we’d have had such an amazing wedding without Rebecca’s help. And it was amazing. Everything I’d hoped for. Next I’ll go with Pleasant, because Rebecca is an absolute pleasure to work with, and even just talk to. Even when it’s to nudge you to make a call on something you’ve been procrastinating on for a month. I’ll end with Burden, because she took so much of it off of us. There is soooo much to pick for a wedding, and having her to narrow it all down to a group of known suppliers (all of which delivered 100%) made it so much easier on us. Plus there is a load of stuff I’d never even have thought of, which of course Rebecca had nailed down to add something extra special for us. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Rebecca last year to plan our wedding in October 2022. The experience was flawless - Rebecca was warm and attentive to everything we needed to plan the wedding and also happy to work around the time constraints we had to actually plan a wedding in 7 months - with both of us having busy jobs plus a lively toddler to look after , she was patient with the lack of time we had! Rebecca had great attention to detail and we relied heavily on her recommendations on styling and design as she has a brilliant eye. We could not have pulled off such a brilliant wedding day (or a wedding at all!) without Rebecca's help and direction, so we are beyond grateful. Fantastic experience: We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Do yourself a favour if you are planning a wedding, hire Rebecca!

Fantastic experience: When you are approached by a wedding planner to be a Celebrant for a Multicultural couple who live on different continents, in less than 2 months, you do have to stop and take a moment to think about it. However, after speaking with Rebecca and the couple, I knew we could do this. Rebecca kept me updated, nudged the couple when needed and was on top of the planning, working with all the suppliers in the lead up to the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, Rebecca had everything ready that was needed, she made sure that I had all that I wanted for the Multicultural Celebrant Wedding Ceremony, and even with the heat stayed calm and professional throughout. Fantastic experience: I cannot begin to recommend Rebecca enough. She worked on our corporate holiday party and was an absolute superstar throughout the process. She listened to all of our ideas and incorporated them into a beautiful event. When we were struck down by Covid issues, Rebecca stepped up in the most amazing way to oversee the entire event without us being there. Fantastic experience: Rebecca was fantastic to work with from start to finish ensuring our at home wedding was the perfect day. We were working to a short timeline and throughout Rebecca was on top of the steps required and communication with us and all of our suppliers to get everything ready for the day. For example, when one of our suppliers delivered the wrong items (not Rebecca's fault!) Rebecca sorted things the same day. Fantastic experience: Becca is an amazing event planner! I gave her a very lose concept for a birthday party and she designed a day beyond what we could have dreamed of - we walked into the venue and were delighted! She was appropriately communicative, gave helpful suggestions but didn't push ideas, and was mindful of the budget - the perfect blend of big picture thinking and close attention to detail. Fantastic experience: We had a lovely experience with Rebecca K.Events. Rebecca understood what we wanted and communicated that to the vendors well. Unfortunately, the weather was not great on our event day, but Rebecca was good at adapting to the situation. She liaised with the decorators well and worked on the spot to change the set-up. Fantastic experience: To say our wedding wouldn't have happened without Rebecca and her team is an understatement. The year in the run up to our wedding was already busy with a toddler and a newborn to look after, never mind planning a wedding. Rebecca took minimal input from us, we had a few ideas, a colour palette, bookings for two venues, and she ran with it, lifting an enormous load of stress from our shoulders. From the high level of the aesthetic, to putting us in contact with suppliers, to her patient and gentle prodding of us to book suppliers and make decisions, right down to the detailed schedule of the day, she did it all. Everything we hadn't considered she raised to our attention giving every last detail thought and bringing some wonderful ideas. She worked with the venues, the band, the stationary maker, the car rental, boat rental, florist, photographer and others and turned out wedding day into a cohesive event. And on the day she was there providing reassurance to both of us. I think it's a reflection of her talent that the day went so smoothly, that everything looked so perfect and reflected what we really wanted for our day. Thank you, Rebecca!
