Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of attending two weddings planned by Priti Raichura Events — one at North Mymms in the UK and more recently a destination wedding in Bahrain — and I can honestly say both experiences were exceptional. Having already seen the level of detail, organisation, and calm professionalism at the North Mymms wedding, my expectations were high. Yet the Bahrain wedding went above and beyond. Planning a wedding overseas is no easy task, but everything ran seamlessly, from guest coordination to the flow of events across multiple days. What truly stands out is Priti’s ability to combine warmth with absolute precision. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and guests were made to feel completely looked after at all times. The cultural elements were beautifully respected while still delivering a luxury, modern celebration. Both weddings reflected consistency, class, and an incredible depth of experience. Fantastic experience: We at Prakash creation recently worked along side Priti for a wedding in Bahrain. We were the official photographers and videographers for the wedding and Priti and her team was managing it all. Honestly we have never seen a better management. There was absolutely no chaos and everything was running on time. All services providers were so well managed that we didn't feel as if we were even working. the entire flow of wedding was smooth and perfect. entire team, min, asha and yogesh are so professional and so warm. could have not asked for a better team to work alongside.

Fantastic experience: I was admittedly a little sceptical at first when my brother-in-law booked a wedding planner for the big day - but how wrong I was! Priti and Asha made sure we had a clear vision and itinerary for the day, left no organisational stone unturned, and recommended reliable suppliers (including a (literally) last-minute videographer). They allowed us to enjoy our wedding day smoothly by keeping us on schedule and taking all the coordination on their shoulders with great professionalism. They were an essential part of making the day such a success, I would absolutely recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: Amazing job from the PR team! Priti, Mini and Shaynah spent a large amount of time with us planning our wedding and guiding us on what works well and how to execute the day, and it was a huge success! Fantastic experience: Priti and Mini were our wedding coordinators and we couldn't have asked for a more organised and supportive duo. We were on an extremely tight schedule, with three ceremonies in a day, which meant timings were quite regimented, but Mini made things so easy to follow in the lead up to the event and accommodated all of our requests. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them, so thank you so much guys. It could have easily become quite overwhelming, especially when a supplier was unfortunately late due to traffic, but Mini and Priti managed to keep me (the groom) calm and managed to deliver a seamless start to the wedding. I would definitely recommend Priti Raichura Events if you are deliberating whether to have a coordinator for your special day. It was definitely worth it for us!

Positive experience: We used Priti’s on the day coordination wedding package a few years ago for our wedding as we had already sourced most of the vendors and planned most things, but I wanted someone to coordinate the day so that my family could enjoy themselves. Overall Preeti and her team were pleasant and she made some helpful suggestions I hadn’t necessarily considered e.g. coming up with a timetable for all the different suppliers etc, and she also suggested someone we could use for the baraat who were great. However a few things didn’t go as expected which I feel could be improved in future: -I was told when booking that ‘all organisation would be taken over by Preeti the week before the wedding’ but this was not really my experience and there was still a lot of organising I had to personally do that I didn’t receive any help with e.g. sorting out the wedding stationary. Perhaps being very clear about exactly what help will and won’t be provided in the week leading up to the wedding for the on the day coordination package at the time of booking will avoid mismatched expectations in future. -Half of the prosecco we bought wasn’t served for some reason for the speeches so a lot of people didn’t have any and we ended up taking lots of unopened bottles home. -The cake wasn’t served at all - so we took a whole cake for 120 people home. Whilst I do value all the things that went well and the positive things she contributed to our wedding, I was disappointed by these aspects not being more carefully coordinated on the day. For me the overall service that was provided therefore fell below expectations. It’s taken me a little while to post this review as I generally don’t like providing any criticism, and of course view our wedding day very fondly overall, but in the end decided it’s important for the team to know about these things, and I hope this helps to improve the service for others in future.

Fantastic experience: Back in November 2022 it became apparent to us that we were going to need help planning our wedding. Having reached out to Priti via a 3rd party website, her initial communications were professional and reassuring. I personally always prefer phone call chats over messages. Discussing our wedding and having the initial introduction over the phone was far more personal and allowed both parties to build a rapport from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Priti and her team make a point of creating an informal space on Whatsapp (and many other platforms of preference). I can’t remember the number of times I messaged Priti asking for a sporadic 5 minute chat but she was always accommodating. I don’t think her or her team sleep! :p They makes you feel like your event is the only one they are planning. Priti remembers the details and nuances at the top of her head. This is achieved by building a very friendly, informal relationship with her couples. Along with this are structured meetings (we had ours over zoom) in which the timings of your event will develop. We also had the help of Mini – senior events manager. Mini was a key player in our event. She was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the planning process and more so on the day itself. No detail was too big or small. She is a no nonsense, straight-to-the-point type of person which is exactly what we needed and appreciated. Our event would not have happened without her. I can't overstate how much we appreciate her work! The team eased the pressure with dealing with multiple suppliers but were happy to take a back-seat in group chats so that we maintained an element of control with what was being supplied. They provided a level of diplomacy when needed to ensure all parties could work together to bring the event together. We would highly recommend PR Events because the process and service is fully tailored to what you ask for. I know Priti offers a general hand-holding all the way through to thorough event planning. The friendly informal communications do not result in informal organisation. The actual documentation for our event was clear and well presented. We would like to thank Priti, Mini and all their colleagues at PR events who made our day unforgettable.

Negative experience: Very poor organisation. Aggressive, abusive with very cheap language on a family diwali event. Assaulted me, female to female and accused my husband through male security staff, who were very unprofessional and aggressive as well. Manhandling of a complete situation.

Fantastic experience: In August 2022, we had just got engaged and started looking at planning our wedding. We knew we wanted to be very hands on to make it our dream wedding day. Unfortunately, we quickly realised how overwhelming and difficult it would be to plan a perfect day without knowing what's needed, and knowing people who could make it happen. By October we still didn't have anything sorted and were feeling the pressure. We found Priti with a quick google search and can honestly say we wouldn't have been able to get married this year without her. We wouldn't have had a venue without her, or a caterer, or a priest, or a decorator, or a wedding cake! From day one, she shared her contacts with us (in a step by step, manageable way to make sure she doesn't overwhelm us, and so we can take it in stride). She let us know who she felt we would connect with and work well with. She quickly figured out how hands on we wanted to be and kept us in every group chat, every conversation so we felt in control, but she took all of the pressure and the worry from us. She gave us achievable goals and deadlines which helped us benefit from reasonable prices with each supplier, and liaised with each one to ensure we had the best day. Through WhatsApp, they were easily reachable and this allowed for friendly, informal conversation style which allowed everyone to bounce ideas back and forth. We never ever had to wait long for them to reply. We don’t think these two ever sleep! We had a very unique itinerary for our day, and Priti and Mini were invaluable in making it come to life. By remembering subtle details they make you feel like your event is the only one they’re planning. Anything that could have gone wrong was planned for, (and went well!) and everything that we were confident would go well, went better than we could have ever planned. We had an extremely tight schedule but she somehow managed to find time for us all to have a boogie with our guests, which was something we originally wanted, but felt we wouldn't have time for. They also managed to capture some of our favourite pictures of the wedding day - we realise now (after seeing pictures from other guests) that Mini spent some time on the floor to try and capture the perfect shot of us in the mandap. We've all heard of above and beyond but Mini literally went above, beyond and below too! Mini was organised, helpful and detail orientated. Mini tells it as it is and this is exactly what was needed. We really appreciated this. Priti was reassuring, calm and problem solved for us. She made the whole experience an enjoyable one! She processed any concerns and liaised with our suppliers. It’s because of them both that we'll always think back on this crazy year as the time of our lives. We achieved so much, and learnt so much. The ladies are amazing and if you're in two minds about reaching out, I'd 100% recommend that you at least have a chat with them. They will make everything easier, and take that stress off your shoulders, so you can focus on the fun bits like finding your outfits and cake tastings. Thank you both so much!

Fantastic experience: Weddings are a high stakes game, when it's pulled off well it's euphoric but if it doesn't go to plan it can be hugely disappointing. To make it harder it's usually most couples first time at planning a wedding and so you're learning on your feet. That's the beauty of Priti and Mini; they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. Beforehand, Priti suggested vendors for the couple to assess which saved them time searching. In the run up she was magnificent at keeping the vendors on track and influencing them to create the desired vision. Priti and Mini also worked out the iterinary with the couple, which was greatly reassuring as they had experience of how much time should be allocated for various elements. Of course on the big day Priti and Mini were hands on in making sure all the finer details, timings and guest orientation were taken care of, so that the families could enjoy the day without pressure. Fantastic experience: I was recently involved in a family wedding which was planned by Priti and event managed expertly by Mini. The preparation was done accurately and the entire day went according to the itinerary. Mini was focused throughout, had great time management and even got some of my tasks completed, allowing for me to enjoy the day more. There were issues with the decorators, however Mini was quick to get these addressed. Priti was incredibly focused, and dedicated to the task. She managed the crowd well with the mic, was super helpful, polite and friendly throughout the day. Both Priti and Mini were flawless and really helped to make the day extra special all round. Negative experience: I used Priti and her team over a year ago and unfortunately I wouldn’t use them if I had my time again. To this day I still have major anxiety over certain aspects of the day not happening as agreed. We used the partial planning package as we had already booked many of our suppliers before contacting them, so the agreement was for Priti to coordinate and continue planning the remaining. We had several zoom calls but each time we were asked about progress and what they needed to run the day aka a spreadsheet. No template was given just examples of other peoples wedding days. So it was down to us to lay the plan down and do all the admin, which I thought was their main purpose to remove stress from planning by creating and populating the plan for them to be prepared. On the day itself, it went wrong from the start, none of the guests were in the right places at the right times. The breakfast wasn’t organised in the correct room for the bridal party, guests were wondering into the room where the private serabundi was being carried out and for the Bharat, the guests weren’t organised correctly as per the usual groom Vs bride procession. It felt like they hadn’t been to an Indian wedding before, I asked for photos to be placed by the mandap of those who were no longer with us but as I walked up to the mandap they were nowhere visible for me to take my respects (later I found they were on a table at the back which was hurtful). I could list more things but this review is long enough, the icing on the cake was the Instagram posts a couple of days after the wedding saying how much they had planned using the photos from our photographers without asking my permission, I hadn’t even shown our family or friends yet never mind posted on my own social media. We were just left wondering what we had paid for.

Fantastic experience: Priti, Mini and Asha helped me and my wife plan our whole wedding day, start to the finish. We had some complications the night before which meant all plans had to change last minute. The team got together and made sure that everything was in place and organised with the suppliers for the wedding to start the following morning. They were with me and my wife through every step and really looked after us even on the day. The wedding was everything we had wished for and we can’t thank them enough for helping us through the planning stages. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without them, we would highly recommend!

On the lead up to the day, we had continuous communication and they were always available for any questions we had. Fantastic experience: When my partner (Rishi) and I decided to get married last minute in the year when there was a COVID backlog of weddings during peak season (summer 2022), we knew we needed someone reliable and trustworthy to coordinate our event and ensure everything ran smoothly and on-time. This was particularly important to us as we had three rooms hired (one for the Hindu wedding), one for a Civil ceremony and one for guests to eat at a well-known hotel in Leicestershire. Priti and her team (Mini, Hetal, Asha) helped us coordinate our wedding and were exceptional on the day and ensured everything ran smoothly. They communicated with all of our suppliers beforehand and addressed any concerns. They provided attention to detail and worked with our families to ensure the itinerary for our wedding covered all the things one may forget or not consider, such as who will bring the cake knife and where it will be kept. They reminded us to thank our audience on Live streaming etc.). Our wedding ran smoothly, and our families could enjoy themselves because we were in safe hands. Many may be against having a wedding coordinator due to the additional costs. However, if you want your families/ friends to enjoy the event without having to worry about everything and wish for your event to run smoothly, it’s worth it! I highly recommend Priti and her team. She was not just a wedding coordinator for me but an older sister who ensured my family and I were fine on the day. Fantastic experience: Priti was our events co-ordinator for my sister’s wedding. Having a Gurdwara ceremony and Hindu ceremony on the same day meant timings were crucial. Fantastic experience: I have known Priti for such a long time. She is the sweetest individual you will ever meet. As a wedding planner she is the most professional and calm person.
