Swarg Designer Weddings

Fantastic experience: We recently hired Swarg Events & Decor Company for our daughter’s engagement party, and they truly exceeded all our expectations. The timing of the setup was exactly as planned, which helped the event run very smoothly. Raj (MD) was absolutely amazing from the time of booking right through to the final event setup. His attention to detail, professionalism, and support throughout the entire process made everything completely stress-free for us. The final décor setup was mind-blowing and truly beautiful — it brought the whole event to the next level and created the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. They delivered exactly what was promised and ensured everything looked perfect on the day. We would highly recommend Swarg Events & Decor Company to anyone planning a special event. Their professionalism, creativity, and reliability are outstanding.

Negative experience: The first time we had a major family wedding after many years and were looking around for a venue decorator to make our day very special. We found what we believed could be the one to make it for us called Swarg. Dipesh is the owner and dealt with us. BEFORE Swarg (i.e. Dipesh) takes your cash deposit: Dipesh offered many things, a great sales pitch. Like he has a wide range of choices. He said he will sort us out no worries and assured us that it would be a great event and well organised. Was selling his services and how experienced they are with a wide range. So we put down our non refundable cash deposit. They mentioned their times to do up the venue and remove decorations where shorter. AFTER taking the deposit: Dipesh limited the communication and ended up lowering the quality of the items we paid good money for and were not given what we wanted. Dipesh said at a later stage, (not at the start) that he hires out items himself. ON THE DAY: He arrived late to set up the Venue when made all other parts delays (breakfast setup for the caterers) This cause immense stress for our family. When I entered into our venue which was a surprise for my husband, I was SO DISAPPOINTED as the venue was only 50% as we had mentioned. He ignored all the specific things we wanted, we wanted fresh flowers on the mandap two large rows of roses which we paid premium price for. That was not there. We said we wanted all curtains open and these were shut. HE WAS RUSHING TO FINSH EVEN WHEN THE JAAN ARRIVED!!!! As the reception was on the same date, they delayed this which meant our guests were waiting over an hour to enter the room again. OVERALL: if you want have the PERFECT WEDDING DECORATOR - DO NOT USE SWARG for you day! They are full of lies and when asked for compensation, they refuse to return calls and disappear from the face of this earth to you. We lost out, we don't want you loose out. We cannot stress how much disappointment we have with the amount of money we spent and got half or less of what was expected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
