Negative experience: If I could no stars I would!!!

Negative experience: AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! I am honestly not one to complain and really do try and see the good in all things but Imagine Events Design have been shocking !! It’s the worst customer service I think I’ve ever received. We paid this company over £4,000 and have been treated so badly after our wedding. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response they’ve just been ignored. I had to wait weeks to even speak to the manager and then had to wait over a month as she was waiting to speak to our venue. We had a large hoop behind our top table, that kept falling down during our wedding. This was never secured and we had to weigh it down ourselves using our families thank you flowers. The hoop then fell when my husband my self and our guests weren’t even in the room. Unfortunately it had smashed two of their vases. I would understand if it was us or one of our guests who had smashed them but it’s was their hoop that was unsafe, we’ve now lost a large chunk of our security deposit because of this. I have even sent Imagine an email from our wedding venue coordinator that explains in detail what happened and that it was nothing to do with us and the hoop was unsafe. Our wedding coordinator can’t believe how they’ve treated us and said they’ve never had anything like this before. Unfortunately, this wasn’t our only problem, we paid such a lot of money for our chair sashes and they didn’t last at all and we only had two children at our wedding so it wasn’t like they were being played with. Our photographer and toastmasters both commented and said they’ve never seen anything so bad and they’ve been doing weddings for years. Our photographer even took photos for me to show Imagine. They all had to be stripped off as most were half hanging off or completely on the floor. Such a shame as our evening guest didn’t even get to see them. Well yet again Imagine we’re terrible and said there was nothing they could do. There was no gestures of good will or money back for this, they really didn’t care ! Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Fantastic experience: Sophie and the team went above and beyond for our beautiful wedding day. I changed my mind multiple times with colour, decor and a huge delay due to Covid was partly the cause for my decision changes. Regardless, nothing was too much for Sophie and the team, they were always professional and friendly, even on the night before when I realised I had missed off the order chair seat robes for the ceremony chairs and had only accounted for the wedding breakfast chairs, Sophie saw how upset and stressed I was and sent a member of staff the following day (wedding day) to arrange this for us at no extra cost which was amazing. We cannot thank them enough. Thanks, Kara & Danny.

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to begin!! I was absoloutely stunned at how amazing Sophie and the team did on our wedding day. The decorations were beyond beautiful and you guys worked so hard and even in the hottest day on record!! I had no idea what I wanted when I first came to your studio and it's like you guys were in my head and created this vision that was perfect. Even the moongate (with the last minute alterations) was absoloutely amazing and I loved it even more than the original plan! Everyone was so impressed with how the venue was decorated. I cannot thank you guys enough for all your hard work!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that we decided to have Imagine style our wedding. As our venue was on private land we were going to style the marquee ourselves. However, after deciding that we wanted to be as stress-free as possible we asked imagine to work their magic. They travelled over 3 hours to get to us in Kent and we are so grateful. I couldn’t have even dreamed about how beautiful they made it look. Myself and my mum burst in to tears when the did the final reveal. The simplicity of the courier coming the next day to collect it all just made everything so easy. Charlotte and Sophie were exactly what we needed, so thank you so much for bringing our dream wedding to life. Maisie and Lewis x

Negative experience: Unless your spending thousands I wouldn’t bother with this company. They take your consultation and decide they don’t associate with you unless your rolling in it. Completely understandable they have specific clientele but their website states you can do a dry hire on any budgets They will completely ghost you rather than get in touch with you, really rude and unprofessional especially as their is companies who would love business in these times.

Fantastic experience: Our Wedding Day was PERFECT, partly because we had Imagine Event's style it! They really listened to exactly what we wanted and it was just perfect. It looked amazing, we had massive artificial flowers and not one guest knew they wasn't real. They honestly looked amazing. Their replies are also so so fast and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Fantastic experience: I used imagine event design for our wedding decor in March 2022, they made our venue look just as I described, they are super supportive even after so many emails of ideas, and they truly go above and beyond to get your vision to come to life. They came in and set up seamlessly we had zero stress on the day as they were so quick and professional. I recommend them to anyone who asks about our decor on the day and I won’t hesitate to use them again for an event in the future! Fantastic experience: I first come across imagine through social media and knew they were the girls for me I didn’t even look around, as what I seen was exactly what I wanted and they did not disappoint.From site meetings to the big day nothing was a problem any questions was answered and designs shared and I trusted them completely with bringing my vision a reality and it was more then I could of ever imagined. The whole Team are amazing and if you want tasteful classy wedding decor these are definitely your girls.Thank you so much for everything you done it was truly amazing

Fantastic experience: Omg where do I start, Imagine design have been nothing but amazing from start to finish, even with having a wedding postponed due to covid and having to reschedule a new date they just were so accommodating and said they would honour our new date. Their eye for detail is insane, and their ideas are amazing. When we finally got married 08/10/2021 and I saw the venue it absolutely blew me away, I just cried with how stunning it was, it exceeded my expectations and every single one of my guests said they had never seen a venue look so elegant and sophisticated. Fantastic experience: Absolutely stunning!! Amazing attention to detail, loved everything about the wedding!

Negative experience: Over promise and under deliver is the best way I can describe Imagine. Me and my wife had our first meeting with them at their studio and were told everything that we wanted was possible (i.e a balloon drop for the first dance). Imagine knew our venue very well so should have known whether this was possible or not however on our second meeting at the venue we were told that it wasnt possible due to the shape of the marquee roof. Then onto the wedding day and when I arrived at the venue I instantly noticed that everything that we had asked for was incorrect. We specifically used Imagine for their blossom tree arches but we were given standard upright trees. The pergola outside of the venue was dressed incorrectly and not how we had discussed and previously sketched. The post box for all the guests cards was designed poorly and not in the style we had discussed and finally the charger plates were all the incorrect colour and style. Obviously with the amount of money that a venue stylist costs we would have expected everything to be perfect but that was sadly not the case. We received no communication prior to the wedding incase they werent sure on what was required and havent heard from anybody since to check if we were happy with their service. Would definitely not reccomed these to anyone planning a wedding.

Fantastic experience: Word cannot describe how amazing Imagine are! From the moment from consultation, to the morning of our Wedding day, they were not only professional and talented but so lovely. They completely put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Our venue looked absolutely insane, from the beautiful flower balls to the simple and stylish charger plates. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend using imagine events for your wedding. From the moment we booked with them they have been nothing but attentive. With regular catch ups during the wedding planning regarding covid, to any queries we had in between they got back to us straight away. When we had our meeting at the venue nothing was pushed on to how you should style your venue. Imagine helped us add features to our wedding which made it picture perfect & we will be forever grateful for all you did. Thank you xx

Fantastic experience: I found Imagine Events through instagram and when I visited the shop I found it useful to see a variety of different set ups to help inspire me for my own wedding. We changed our wedding date 4 times and each time Imagine Events were supportive and happy to move to our new date. The copper cutlery and charger plates looked beautiful with our white flowers and green foliage. I would definitely recommend them to other couples getting married!
