Fantastic experience: Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

Fantastic experience: Wow, where do I even begin? Emma and Rebecca made our wedding day. From the very first meeting, all through the planning process they made our lives so easy, taking care of everything we needed them to and helping us to really develop our vision for the day. The week running up to the wedding the weather was awful, and Emma and Rebecca were quick to come up with a plan to move as much as possible inside and not let the weather affect us. On the day itself, Emma and Rebecca were superstars as well, I didn’t have to think about a single thing and everything just ran seamlessly. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more from them and we are so so grateful. We felt so special all through the process and on the day itself, and that was down to Emma and Rebecca and their wonderful team. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: Emma and Rebecca were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process and helped create our perfect vision. The decor looked stunning and the gorgeous grounds provided a beautiful scenery for our day. Our guests, (many of whom had never been to Calke Abbey before) were blown away with the venue. The ladies at Ivy House were superb. They took care of every detail and went out of their away to ensure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered. With the beautiful location, extremely professional, thorough and helpful wedding planners and charming décor, it was simply a perfect day! We are so grateful to the Ivy House Ladies for making our Wedding Day everything we could have wished for.

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely no idea how we would have coped without Rebecca and Emma from Ivy House Weddings when it came to planning our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better support to help create the most perfect day, and the attention to detail from the planning stages right through to the last dance on the day was amazing to ensure that everything ran smoothly - we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Emma to anyone getting married. Don’t do it alone - they will look after you so well and you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Emma and Rebecca are absolutely amazing. From our initial chat they made us feel so comfortable and were always on hand to offer their advice. They went above and beyond to make our day so special. On the day, they were super chill and always knew what was going on so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. They even looked after my nan when she became unwell and spoke to suppliers and guests to reassure and rearrange the order of the day slightly as a result. There was no panic as E&R had it all under control. We can't thank them both enough, we couldn't have done it without them.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! They made us feel super relaxed right from our initial chat and that anything was possible when making decisions on our big day! The day was absolutely faultless which was all credit to E&R! Even our guests commented on what genuinely lovely people they are! We’ll really miss wedding planning with them now it’s all done, but will take away such special memories thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding or event I can not recommend Emma and Rebecca enough! They are the most lovely ladies who are there to support from the first viewing to kicking you out at the end of the night. The thought of planning a wedding whilst living abroad was a scary prospect but thanks to Ivy House it was a wonderful experience. Our day was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a thing, even down to the tiny details it was our dream wedding. Thank you so much to you both!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Rebecca and Emma enough. I had known for a long time I wanted to get married at Calke Abbey and from the first meeting they made us feel so comfortable and like nothing was too much trouble. We had multiple meetings leading up to the day and everything we asked for became a reality. On the day I didn’t have to worry about anything - they were like magical fairies just making everything happen whilst also keeping me calm and reminding me to relax! I had visited other venues that had strict rules about this and that and didn’t have any of that at Calke Abbey. It was truly the best day and we cannot thank Rebecca and Emma enough for all they did. xx

Fantastic experience: Ivy House Weddings were amazing during the whole process - we had had several postponements due to the current pandemic but Ivy House supported us during all of these and made the process a lot less stressful. They were always around for any questions we had and they went above and beyond to make sure we had our special day (including on the day itself).
