Fantastic experience: I have worked with Jessica Sharpe on several beautiful weddings and she is an absolute delight. Not only is she incredibly organised, but her attention to design detail is outstanding. Jess is wonderfully relaxed and warm, bringing an enormous sense of calm to every wedding or event. From a vendor perspective, she is clear and timely in her communications, her design decks and planning documents are absolute gold! She is an all-around beautiful human to work with, and I truly look forward to our upcoming events this year.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Jessica Sharpe. She crafted the most beautiful, thoughtful weekend for our wedding. We have heard from our guests "It was so beautiful and it was so YOU." I've received endless compliments about how it was gorgeous, it was endless fun, the food was amazing and most of all "Christy you must have been soooo stressed planning this." Nope! I barely lifted a finger while Jessica worked behind the scenes creating magic. Thank you Jessica for having excellent taste, for being a pleasure to work with, for making the wedding of our dreams a reality. What you did in seven months I could not have done in ten years. To any future brides considering hiring Jessica, I'd say 1. Do it and 2. get the full package because it was well worth it.

Fantastic experience: Jessica planned our wedding in the South of France in September 2025, and I can say with complete confidence that she’s exceptional at what she does. I’ve worked in the events industry for over 17 years and thought I knew what it took to pull off a wedding like ours. Jessica’s attention to detail and calm, confident control was impressive and she managed every element from travel and accommodation to the marquee, catering, bar, music, stationery, hair, dress, transport and more. She handled all communication with suppliers in France, as well as those we brought over from the UK, organising every bit of their travel and accommodation without a hitch. What stood out most was how she tied everything together. She understood the look and feel we wanted, and made sure every detail from the flowers to the stationery worked seamlessly together alongside the logistics and timings. Nothing was ever left to chance. Jessica was there throughout the entire weekend from the pre wedding party, the wedding day itself, and the post wedding celebration. She oversaw every setup and made sure everything ran perfectly. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with as she was calm, organised, and completely unflappable throughout. I felt relaxed from start to finish, knowing that everything was under control and by the end of the weekend, all of our guests felt the impact Jessica made. If you’re looking for a wedding planner in the UK, the South of France, or further afield I couldn’t recommend Jessica highly enough. She made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! Fantastic experience: Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. Fantastic experience: My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! Fantastic experience: Jess’s organisation and attention to detail is second to none. She has an incredible grasp and control on logistics, which allows creative suppliers like myself (a wedding florist) to design in the most calm and effortless environments. Not only is she incredibly skilled in her craft and expertise as a planner, but she has a calming, unflappable demeanour which is a MUST when handing over the reins for your big day. Jess is a delight to work with, and has the perfect balance of warm, fun energy but also a transparent, honest ‘no fluff’ approach, and I know first hand that no job is to big or small on a wedding day to ensure a smooth, stress-free day for her couples. Fantastic experience: Working with Jessica and her team on a recent wedding was a complete pleasure. She was meticulous in her planning and execution of the wedding. The day went without a hitch and was one of the highlights of my year. Nothing was too much trouble and she was thorough in her planning for me as a florist. Fantastic experience: By my own admission, I am a control freak, so when it came to handing my wedding plans over to someone else to manage on the day, it had to be someone that I had 100% confidence in. From the moment I met Jess, I knew she was the one to help me. Not only is she a lovely person, she is an absolute pro. Fantastic experience: When we first started planning our wedding we didn’t realise how important having a coordinator would be. But after getting further along with our planning at our DIY type wedding venue we decided we needed some help especially in the day of our wedding. We found Jess who was amazing from start to finish. She was great at communicating with us in our initial conversations and understanding our vision for the wedding. She gave us additional support on the build up to the wedding through FaceTime meetings which was very helpful in the final months ensuring we had everything ready. The final few weeks was made to feel easy with Jess coordinating our suppliers and keeping us informed every step of the way. Jess did an amazing job of making our barn look amazing for the reception and the ceremony after a last minute change due to weather. She was there throughout the day making sure everything ran like clockwork so we didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics on the day. Fantastic experience: My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet Jess in Spring 2022. Over the course of the year, we bought a house and had a baby while planning a Yorkshire wedding from the US (panic!!). Jess was with us every step of the way, a calming presence amongst the chaos. From Day 1, Jess proved herself to be reliable, knowledgable about her industry, and extremely professional. My husband and I work jobs with unusual hours and live in Philadelphia, so Jessica's communication and organization were extremely helpful. She was so practical with our budget. We felt nothing went to waste. Based on what we witnessed on our wedding day and from the feedback we received from UK and international guests, Jessica is undoubtedly one of the most talented. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. My husband jokes, "Hire Jess if you actually want to have fun at your wedding", because that's what we were able to do! She handles it all. We cannnot elaborate enough on this point - Jessica IS the trustworthy, professional, sweet, reliable and hardworking wedding planner which you have been searching – she is THE “must hire". Now go book her while you still can.

Fantastic experience: If you're wondering "do I really need a wedding planner?" the answer is no - you don't need just a wedding planner, YOU NEED JESS! The easiest ever 5 stars. Jess was phenomenal - you will not find a safer pair of hands for the biggest day of your life! BEFORE WEDDING DAY We thought we could do it all but we were so SO wrong. 16mths before our big day we realised that wedding planning is someone's profession for a REASON & opted to find an 'on the day' planner since most of our vendors were already booked. My biggest regret is not getting Jess on board from the outset! We spoke with a number of wedding planners & at the end of back-to-back initial meetings, we didn't even need to discuss who the best fit was - it was obviously Jess. Jess was, of course, kind & congratulatory & immediately easy to get on with, but she was also focused & able to demonstrate her ability to deliver our dream day from the very first moments of meeting her. We knew that she would have everything in hand! Jess was our go to whenever we had a wobble or a question or needed to soundboard something. Nothing was too much & she always responded quickly & with results! She put us at ease every step of the way. The thing with wedding planning is that you don't know what you don't know, & that is where Jess is essential. She won't just people please - she'll give you honest advice/opinions to ensure your day runs smoothly & in line with your vision, & she will quickly identify any issues or gaps & will have solutions before you can even ask! ON THE DAY Knowing Jess was going to be there put us at ease in the lead up. On the day we both said that booking Jess was the best decision we made on MULTIPLE occasions! Nothing was an issue, she had everything under control, & had solutions to any issues without us even knowing there'd been an issue. There was literally not one thing we had to worry about on the day. Ultimately, Jess was both a friendly face on the day putting us at ease & also the most proficient organiser I've ever seen. She took command, made sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be, & did so in the kindest & most professional way without so much as breaking a sweat. She makes EVERYTHING look effortless! By the end of the day, we were devastated that she was leaving after having delivered our dream wedding day which, due to her sheer effort & skill, far exceeded our expectations & frankly blew us out the water. TIPS 1 - Don't book any old wedding planner, BOOK JESS! And do it sooner than later - don't be me, you can't do it all! 2 - If you're having a multi-day wedding, particularly with a pre-party, book Jess! We didn't & when it came to bite me in the backside she was there at the drop of a hat & sorted EVERYTHING out. Massive regret not just booking her from the outset! 3 - Communicate! Jess is incredible but she's not a mind reader, & she got to know us so well so that she could deliver the exact right aesthetic & atmosphere on the day. 4 - Trust Jess implicitly. There is a reason this is her profession. She delivers flawless weddings week in, week out. If you hand over the reins, you will NOT be disappointed! OVERALL Jess is one of the most organised people you will ever meet & you'll rarely have a question that she hasn't already thought of & answered - she goes above & beyond! She is also so incredibly kind & we like to think over the past couple of years has become a real friend, something we are so grateful for. Our day was flawless & it was entirely down to Jess. Fantastic experience: I can't thank Jess enough for her help and support through the planning process of our Wedding. She truly was incredible. I looked into a Wedding planner around 18 months before our Wedding, more to help with on the day support and after doing my research I found Jess. We had a brilliant first meeting on Zoom & decided the best package for us was her on the day coordination. Jess picked back up with us 3 months before the Wedding and was an amazing support from start to finish. She liaised with all of our suppliers to plan for the most perfect day. Fantastic experience: Without Jessica we wouldn’t have gotten married. We would have squabbled so much and have been stressed throughout. Luckily, we did hire Jessica and everything went completely smoothly. I don’t think my stress level went about 4/10 during the whole engagement and wedding. She offered her honest opinion, found incredible suppliers which were well suited for us. At no point did we feel pressured into making decisions or purchasing something we didn’t want. Guests at our wedding even commented on how well planned the event was - we would have liked to take credit for this but it was all Jessica. Nothing was too much effort and response times to queries was rapid. Overall, would recommend and our day wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Fantastic experience: We booked Jess for 'On The Day Coordination' for our wedding this October and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Our wedding day couldn't have gone smoother and a massive part of this was down to Jess' professionalism and amazing coordination skills. Fantastic experience: My partner decided we needed a wedding planner, so booked Jess for our wedding. Something which at the time I saw as unnecessary and a huge waste of money.... It is with much pain and disappointment that I have had to admit to my (now) wife, that I was wrong. Jess was brilliant from start to finish, worth every penny, and our day was perfect. It was lovely not having to worry about anything, knowing that Jess had everything in hand, meaning we could just enjoy ourselves on the day. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jess was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We booked for on-the-day wedding coordination, and from our meeting 6 weeks before she really did take all the stress out of our hands. Her plan for the day was so detailed, and she helped us look for a new pizza truck when ours cancelled 4 weeks before the wedding. On the day she was amazing! We had so many suppliers turn up and she dealt with them all. She spent the morning ironing table cloths because they were still creased, and then even did a trip to a cash machine for our guests when the bar's card machine went down! Nothing was too much for her, and she thought of things that didn't even cross our minds. She made our day run so smoothly and we can't thank her enough for making our wedding the best it could have been! We are so glad we booked with her!

Fantastic experience: Jess was honestly a God send to us on our wedding day - I honestly don’t think we’d have managed it without her! From suggesting suppliers to helping with set up to keeping us calm and running everything on the day to ensure we could enjoy ourselves. Fantastic experience: I genuinely would not have been able to get married without Jess! I first met Jess back in 2019 (due to get married in June 2020) because it was a completely diy venue and the venue was changing hands, as I wanted to do so much I needed help! Then the pandemic hit - thank you Jess who was there for me through it all and stuck by me when I didn’t even want to talk about the wedding, or change the date again!!! She helped me find even more amazing suppliers when some of the original ones could no longer carry out the original date. Finally on April 23rd 2022 we got our wedding! Jess is INCREDIBLE! She is so patient and kind, especially when I was probably a bit stressed! The day was perfect from start to finish and so many people have commented on the day, or after saying it’s probably the best wedding they have ever attended and the attention to detail was amazing, and without Jess that would not have been possible! Fantastic experience: We honestly thought we could plan a wedding all by ourselves which in hindsight was very naive given that our venue was dry hire and we were starting everything from scratch. When, for various reasons, our plans started unravelling and with two small children and busy lives, we were losing faith that we could pull it off and the excitement we once had was turning to stress and anxiety. Hiring Jess was the best thing we ever did. She is SO good at her job. From the very first meeting it was clear that she not only completely understood our vision and style but could be completely trusted to deliver what we needed. Her whole set up is so professional and friendly. We always knew where we were in the planning process without feeling any of the pressure or burden. Every challenge was overcome quickly and seemingly without breaking a sweat. The suppliers that she sourced were excellent and the day she created exceeded all our expectations in all areas. On the day and leading up to it she worked tirelessly and went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected. We can't thank or recommend Jess highly enough. We will always remember how she not only saved the day but created the wedding of our dreams.

Fantastic experience: Jess is a living legend and as a wedding supplier, I just cannot recommend her enough. As a photographer, I've asked her twice now (with future shoots pending) to plan two very ambitious shoots and she completely went above and beyond. She didn't match my expectations, she exceeded them. Her attention to detail, her immediate intuition on the day about what will work best, and her amazing knowledge and network of suppliers is what makes her the best. Fantastic experience: We had Jess as our On the Day Coordinator for our wedding in September 2021 and could not recommend her highly enough! After having to postpone our wedding, Jess was there as a point of contact to offer support and help put our minds at ease. Luckily after a year of waiting we were able to go ahead with our wedding with Jess as our Coordinator. We meet the month before the wedding to go through all of the plans of the day and hand over suppliers’ details. Jess made putting the timings of the day together feel easy and helped us plan for things that we hadn't even considered (such as having vases in the marquee for our bouquets to keep them from drooping). Having Jess there on the day making sure everything ran smoothly helped make our wedding day an absolute dream. At no point during the day (or even during the build-up) were we stressed, because we knew everything was in hand with Jess. She was able to direct suppliers, meaning that we could just enjoy ourselves without having to worry about letting suppliers know where they had to set up etc. We are so glad that we had Jess there as our Coordinator. Not only did she have the best organisational skills, but she was also lovely to work with!

Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking about or looking for a wedding planner, you have absolutely found the right person! Jess is absolutely incredible and will give you the day of your dreams!! We had a marquee wedding and I really had no idea where to start… We found Jess online and met up with her to go over our day and she immediately saw our vision. Jess went above and beyond to make sure that the marquee and everything else we wanted looked absolutely perfect! Jess knows the most amazing and endless list of suppliers!! We were quite specific about a few things we wanted and Jess knew exactly the suppliers to fit our requests. Nothing was too much for Jess and she would continually go to extra lengths to ensure our day was perfect! Her knowledgeable skills and outstanding organisation will help you put together an amazing wedding….I couldn’t have done it without her. We also hired Jess for on the day co-ordination and both my husband and I said afterwards ‘how do people do it without a Jess!!’ Her on-the-day co-ordination made sure everything ran smoothly, guests and suppliers were happy and ultimately that we didn’t have anything to worry about. I was dreading the set up the day before as it was quite hard graft getting a marquee up and making it look beautiful - however I spent most of the day catching up with friends and spending time in a hot tub because Jess had everything so under control. She’s amazing! We also had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021 due to covid….but we couldn’t have asked for someone better to walk us through the process of postponing and putting our minds at ease. The wedding help, Jess, is absolutely amazing and we can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us! Estelle x

Fantastic experience: We live in Los Angeles and hired The Wedding Help in 2019 for our 2020 wedding at Chatsworth House, Derbyshire. It was such a relief to have someone locally who could help us organise and plan our day. Jessica offered great advice and ideas for things we were struggling with, and in some cases, had just not thought of (and without her never would have). Thanks to Covid we had to postpone our wedding until Summer 2021, thinking that would be enough time for all this craziness to be over with. Little did we know, we would have to move our date again to 2022, and like last year, Jessica was right there helping us contact suppliers and reorganise dates. Jessica has been an enormous support through all of this, working around our time schedule and time zone, reassuring us, and working so hard to make our day as perfect as it can be. Jessica has pretty much planned our wedding 3 times over at this point and has only ever put our wants and concerns first and foremost. We could not be happier with the service we have received and would recommend The Wedding Help to anyone and everyone who asked.

Negative experience: Jess approached us to work with us as venue provider for some wedding packages she created to offer to clients.I can only say from personal experience working with " The Wedding help" was quite possibly the worst decision we ever made.

Fantastic experience: Jessica is a dream to work with. She goes through every detail with the couple before hand to know exactly what they want and when they want it on their wedding day. This in turn makes it effortless for all the other suppliers involved and ultimately makes the couples dream day run as smooth as possible.
