Fantastic experience: Emma at Muse was the loveliest person to deal with throughout the entire process, and so patient when I decided to change almost my entire look from our first meeting to second one. I adored our set up and the girls were so professional, quick and reliable on the morning of. My husband told me they even helped put the buttonhole flowers on when the boys were struggling We had so many compliments on our decor throughout the day, I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Ruth and the team at muse provided the most beautiful flowers, table arrangments and room decor for our wedding at Gleneagles. I had an idea of what I wanted and Ruth showed me different ideas and styles and gave me options to choose between. Ruth took care of everything on the day and the day after and co ordinated everything with the venue meaning it was one less thing for me to stress about. Weddings can be a stressful time but Ruth was reassuring throughout and even came to see me in the morning to personally deliver the bouquets. Thank you so much for everything, I couldnt have wished for anything more perfect.

Fantastic experience: Emma and her team did the most amazing job bringing my vision to life. I knew exactly what I wanted when I first started planning, and after speaking to Emma on the phone, she sent me a detailed mood board to confirm everything. I asked at the last minute for the team to create a welcome sign and table plan, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. My bridal bouquet was my favourite as it was absolutely stunning, I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding at the end of April 2025 and had muse styling do our flowers and decor- I don’t have enough words to thank them with how beautiful they made our wedding! They were one of the first suppliers that we booked back in 2023 and from the minute I spoke with them, I knew I wanted them to be part of our day! Emma and her team made the whole booking/planning process so easy. Even before booking they listening to my ideas for flowers/colours and gave suggestions/inspiration on what would work best! The lead up to the wedding Emma was a dream to work with, she was always sending me photos of different ways we could arrange the flowers, different shades or colours and let me know from her expert opinion what works well together. The fact that Emma and the team had worked at Carlowrie before made everything run so well, as they co ordinated with the team at Carlowrie and took that additional stress away from me. They were an absolute joy to be around the morning of the wedding, I was able to see a sneak peak of the ceremony decor before I walked down the aisle and was blown away! Every flower and piece of decor was better than I could have imagined and the way everything was sitting was absolutely timeless I can’t think Emma and the team enough for how beautiful everything. I would recommend anyone getting married or who has an event to have them style it

Fantastic experience: We hired SupaNova Wedding Events to dress the room at our chosen location, I wanted the whole room draped in white fabric. Well, they certainly provided exactly what I asked for, the room looked amazing. They also provided white carpeting, white LED dancefloor, white covers & gold sashes for the seating, a stunning white orchid flower wall (the nicest flower wall I have ever seen) as well as gold accessories for the table settings. SupaNova also own their own Florist, our table flowers were beautiful as were our bouquets & button holes. Everything you need for your wedding with one company. I couldn't recommend them more, their all round service & professionalism was exceptional & contributed immensely to making our day so special. Thank You Ruth, Emma & your Team.

Fantastic experience: We would like to thank Ruth and her team at supernova for making our wedding day the best it could be and more. There wasn’t one thing we would change. The decor was flawless, we had the trees with tea lights and the large Perspex candelabras with floating candles, everyone commented on how stunning the venue looked. They also did all our flowers including the bouquets and button holes plus all the flowers in the venue and there was no expense spared. A total fairytale. Fantastic experience: Supernova were fabulous! We had our wedding in November 2022 at Carlowrie Castle and had a very clear idea of how we wanted the venue and styling to look. We went for a winter wedding and wanted the style to reflect this - twinkly and romantic! We worked very closely with Emma and she pulled together some wonderful ideas which were spot on. The mood boards and communication from Emma was amazing and really put us at ease - we knew everything was taken care of. On the day itself, things went without a hitch and we actually forgot Supernova's team were even there! We had our ceremony, dinner and evening party in the same room, meaning it had to be changed 3 times. We didn't even notice the changes happening and the transformation was amazing, it felt like a completely different room for each part of the day. The décor and flowers were absolutely stunning and exactly what we wanted. All of our guests were blown away and we'd definitely recommend using Supernova to anyone looking for amazing styling for their wedding.

Fantastic experience: We want to thank Emma and the whole Supernova team for being so amazing. Since our first meeting Emma was so nice and patient helping us identify what we wanted and also helping us find a middle ground between what I wanted (basically everything) and what my now husband wanted. And obviously during the postponements, thank you so much for your support and understanding. My bouquet was unbelivelaby gourgous and the bridesmaids' too. Mar Hall Burgundy Suite and the Marquee were so beautifully dressed. Honestly, I got very emotional when I walked into the Marquee and saw how stunning it was. Our centrepieces were lovely! And the top table.. OMG. It was all even more beaultiful than I could have ever imagined... it looked like something from a fairy tale. All our guests were very impressed!

Ruth met with us numerous times before the big day and was always available through email to answer any of our many questions. The wedding invites were beautiful and we received so many comments on them. As for the big day…. It exceeded even our expectations. The place was absolutely stunning and again we received so many comments about the decor. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic job Emma and her team did for our ceremony decor/ wedding breakfast decor and also our bride/bridesmaid bouquets/ men's buttonholes and the womens corsages. Myself and Husband are not the most imaginative/creative folk, however we did have a rough idea of the theme we would have liked for our wedding day that was perspex/ timeless/ elegant and neutral. Emma blew us away by turning our vision into real life and really added that wow factor to our decor. From originally booking Supernova in January 2020 for our wedding on 16th July 2022 at Trump Turnberry. All meetings were very formative and professional and Emma was very diligent paying very close attention to detail even down to the scent we would like for the wedding and that was something we had not even thought of but was lovely and tied in well with everything else - we were glad Emma had mentioned this to us. Also the inclusion of charger plates was not something we gave thought to, however we are glad this was something Emma had mentioned also as it did contribute very well with our centrepieces/ wedding favours. Futhermore, Emma had sent across an array of floral presentations and also specific flowers to allow myself and Husband to get an idea of what it was we wanted. This was extremal useful as it did help us to create a picture in our head which still came across this is going to look great. However, it was beyond our expectations and imagination when Emma and her team brought it to life. Also my bridal bouquet along with my bridesmaid and best woman bouquets were simply stunning and a great size too and like everything else tied in beautifully. Not only were myself and partner in awe of how amazing and precise everything looked - it was simply stunning! Our guests had commented on how beautiful the fresh floral displays were both in our ceremony room and also our centrepieces. Even some guests were amazed as they said the types of florals Emma and her Team used were flowers they had previously only ever seen in bridal bouquets let alone for decor. Therefore, it was much to their delight the next day we were able to give out our fresh flowers to guests whom stayed and also to take some down to a care home who were over the moon. Indeed, needless to say the flowers kept fresh for over a week and still looked as great as they did on the wedding day days later. I couldn't recommend Supernova enough; they do spend the time in understanding what it is as a couple you would like from your wedding day: and most definitely work closely and diligently with you to help create your vision into real life. Fantastic experience: We got married recently in August and worked closely with Ruth on the decor and flowers for our venue. Everything was so beautiful and Ruth knew exactly what I wanted and how to make our wedding look gorgeous! As I don't live in London, it was really easy to speak to Ruth and go through all the details for the day. She was always on hand to give me advice and to talk through what would go well with the venue. On the day, the flowers were in such beautiful condition and we were able to give them away as favours and gifts to our guests. They were all over the moon with this and the flowers have lasted for well over a week in most cases which demonstrates the high quality flowers that were used. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Anna and Emma enough - Supernova really provided us with the decor of our dreams! Despite multiple postponements due to COVID, Supernova were incredibly communicative and supportive - answering all our queries swiftly and helpfully. I also appreciated how flexible they were - even a month before our wedding, we didn't know how many guests we'd be allowed - or how many chair covers, centre pieces etc but there was absolutely no stress on their end and they were able to work with us last minute as we dealt with changing guidelines. The decor on the day was just absolutely stunning. They transformed the ceremony room with cherry blossom trees, candles lining the aisle, candelabras - really giving it the fairytale effect I'd asked for. The set up for the wedding breakfast looked just as perfect - with cherry blossom trees and floating candles and beautiful flowers throughout. Supernova also followed my brief for a pink bouquet - picking flowers that went so well together and really made it impactful and beautiful. They also did the buttonholes for all my groomsmen which matched perfectly. They also created a gorgeous fairytale mirror for us, complete with our postponed dates, which we asked for quite last minute! I can't thank Supernova enough for providing us with the most beautiful decor for our special day and really making our wedding day look like a fairytale.

Fantastic experience: I had plants installed just before a photo shoot of my new salon Aesthetica. I asked for the realist possible plants in rustic terracotta plant pots and supernova delivered just that. On the day they took there time positioning the plant until they were sitting perfect. Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience with Emma and the team at Supernova for our Wedding back in November. With not much of an idea other than a colour scheme, Emma was able to help with everything from the Decor to the flowers and the place looked better than we could have ever imagined on the day. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my experience with the fabulous supernova :). On Sunday I celebrated my baby shower and I had hired Ruth from supernova to do the room decor. From start to finish the experience with supernova was fabulous, we went in for an initial meeting to discuss the vision and ideas I had in mind. Ruth brought this vision to life on Sunday. When I walked into the room I couldn’t control my emotions, it was everything I wanted and more. The room decor definitely set the tone of my shower and I cant thank you all enough ❤️❤️❤️ All I can say is roll on the wedding you guys don’t happen to provide the groom ? .. but seriously I need another event . Fantastic experience: Supernova did the flowers and decor for our wedding at Crossbasket Castle. Marlies was fab and so professional from start to finish. Their offices are gorgeous and it’s great seeing their different options for centre pieces, chairs etc in person. Everything looked exactly as my new wife had wanted on the day and we had so many compliments on how nice everything looked. We can’t recommend SuperNova enough. It took away a lot of stress having flowers and decor being done by the same company.

Fantastic experience: We got married last month and we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful and stunning wedding design. The hot pink colour of our theme was out of the box, but Ruth and Emma managed to interpret exactly what we wanted to create a romantic and vivid room in the Gleneagles ballroom. Our church flowers and table arrangements were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. They were professional and courteous, with great attention to detail. I hope never to marry again lol, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for another event. Great job, girls.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of Supernova helping to design and plan my wedding decor in July 2018. From the very start, in our initial phone conversation, I felt confident and at ease with Emma. I struggled to find words to describe the ideas in my head but she really helped me with this through the whole process and she just ‘got me’. Nothing was too much and even closer to the wedding, my late night text questions were always answered straight away and I was made feel that every step was under control. They team coordinated everything along with the venue which allowed me to just sit back and take everything in with nothing to stress about, which makes such a huge difference to your day. On the day the girls were there early and popped their heads in to make sure we were all doing great and that we weren’t worried about anything. Walking into my ceremony was breathtaking. The reception room was everything I had imagined but couldn’t describe. The bouquets were perfect. Emma & the team were so incredibly welcoming, supportive and efficient, making all of our wedding wishes come true in this one stop shop. Right from the initial meeting with the team , we received a very professional level of service. We went through every aspect of our wedding day and they tailored this to our individual needs and we received everything we asked for and more, without feeling pressured into adding anything on we were unsure about. Fantastic communication throughout and any last minute add ons or changes were easily dealt with. I couldn't wait to see all my flowers and venue decor on the day if my wedding and I certainly wasn't disappointed. They were amazing with guests asking all day who the company was that we used. Fantastic experience: SuperNova Wedding Design & Flowers did an excellent job arranging our wedding in Rowallan Castle in April 2016. They were easy to work with, negotiated excellent prices and made a big contribution to a perfect day. Ruth could sense what we wanted and make it real when we were struggling to shape the ideas. Given how stressful wedding preparation can be, Ruth and her team lifted all the weight off our shoulders. Ruth’s care and attention made it so much easier to enjoy the day from start to finish. Our wedding could not have been better.

Negative experience: Wouldn't recommend at all. Agreed a deal with them to decorate our venue but the week before the wedding was told the price didn't include certain key items like napkins and we would need to pay an extra £100, also charged us an extra £50 for collection of their goods after midnight even though they didn't actually collect them until the next day and refused to move the chairs for the ceremony up one flight of stairs which meant my best man and I had to do it on the morning of the wedding. All in all a stressful and unpleasant company to deal with.

Fantastic experience: A very huge thank you Supernova for creating the perfect setting for our daughter's wedding. From the moment I met you at the wedding fayre I knew you would listen to our ideas and design something very special. You created a huge 'wow' factor throughout the venue and we received so many compliments about the setting and flowers. I highly recommend Supernova to anyone looking for a wedding design team. Negative experience: The first place I put this review was on their facebook page and they quickly deleted - you will find no bad reviews on their controlled sites as they delete. Says it all really! Basically unless you’re a couple that can bring them maximum PR (i.e. get them on tv or a mention in a newspaper), then you’re going to have a fight on your hands to get their attention after signing their contract. For us, the beautiful end result does not mirror what we had to put up with to get there emotionally. For nearly a year, what should have been an exciting time planning the décor for our venue / church, turned into a nightmare, with one of the owners screaming down the phone at me a day before our wedding. Lured in by a very good sales pitch and numerous photos on their Facebook page that aren’t theirs (though they will tell you they never say that they are theirs, but then they never say they’re not either), we were quickly made feel that we were on a ‘Wedding Factory Conveyor Belt’ with very little 1:1 attention. From signing the contract (wedding planner role to start with) we could barely get a hold of them, sometimes chasing for a lengthy period, and then when we did speak , we were we let down alot by lack of listening and care and attention to detail. The stationery being the first let down, to them then not wanting to visit our venue which they’d never seen before (this wasn’t just a room, it was a blank canvas marquee / terrace / lawn etc etc) to plan décor unless we paid £150 (how can décor be planned if they’ve never seen the location before?). They will basically be reactive to you, will do the bare minimum, won’t get you deals with other suppliers, (isn’t that what wedding planners / hire companies are supposed to do?) nor will they be proactive with creative ideas beyond chair covers and sparkling backdrops. Maybe they should spend less time PR-ing themselves on Facebook, Twitter etc and more time dealing with their existing clients begging for attention. In contrast, our caterer and venue staff were amazing and nothing was a hassle. If we could revisit, we wouldn’t book them and would instead find a company who make you feel like they care and are part of your wedding party.
