Diamond Events

Positive experience: We approached Diamonds last year (2024) for our wedding in October 2025. We heard really good things about their catering and saw lots of content from previous events on Instagram. Positives: food quality and variety, décor and presentation were all excellent and met our expectations. Negatives: poor management both leading up to and on the day of the wedding. In particular, communication - trying to get a meeting and even speaking with someone as we got closer to our wedding day was incredibly difficult. We felt like we had to do all of the chasing up to get their attention. Prior to the wedding day we were assigned a specific event coordinator, but on the day someone else showed up in their place without prior notice. This meant we didn’t know who was in charge of catering. They didn’t make themselves known to us or our family on the day. When we needed to speak to them, they weren’t visible and we had to try to find them. If communication and management could be improved we would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Fantastic experience: We hired you guys for our wedding and you truly went above and beyond! We can say without a doubt that our day went perfectly, all thanks to you. From the food and planning to the event management and timeline, Jibran and his team worked so hard, and we honestly can’t thank you enough for helping create the happiest day of our lives. Even down to getting us that Dubai chocolate dessert, haha! Everyone has been raving about the food and about how amazing Jibran’s management was throughout the day. We couldn’t recommend you guys more and will happily be booking you again for future events! Thank you so much!

They covered event management, catering & decor from 2023/2024 Everything was so smooth from start to finish - jibran was very easy to deal with easy to get ahold of communication was clear always, They went above & beyond to ensure all our needs were met. The decor & catering team are absolutely incredible!!! Everything was done on time and according to schedule. The team at diamond ensured to stay in touch with us throughout everything - in terms of menu suggestions, decor suggestions. As always the food was delicious and the decor was just outstanding we couldn’t find any faults. We had so many compliments for both days, our guests were really happy to see the reception table and the dessert buffet. Thank you so much once again for everything.

Negative experience: Food taste awful. Never reccommend them. Good organisation but food matters and i think they are failed providing the authentic taste. Avoid them

Fantastic experience: We booked Diamond for my niece's wedding on 14.06.2024. From our 1st meeting with Jibraan in Nov 2023 to the wedding day itself, everything was just so smooth, painless and nothing was too much trouble. They executed my niece's vision of how she wanted the decor absolutely perfectly. Jibraan was very professional, responded to all queries quickly, guided and advised us of do's and don'ts throughout the process. On the wedding day itself all the staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Malik and his team were amazing, the decor was on point, food was just delicious, the service from start to finish was absolutely perfect with everything running on time and without any problems or hiccups whatsoever. This was our 1st family wedding and needless to say we will be using Diamond for all future events. We highly recommend Diamond for all your events, you will not be disappointed. I can't fault them for anything and their supervisor Mubasshar was on point for the whole event. A great day with everyone raving about how good the Walimah was.

Fantastic experience: We went to a wedding on 9th June 2024 at Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow. The food was all hot and delicious, serving dishes were constantly refilled and the service was actually spot on. I cannot recommend them enough. All staff were extremely friendly include the manager. Highly recommend their services.

He bought my vision to life after one meeting, which shows the professionalism him and his team have. The organisation skills helped me and my family relax on the day of the wedding. Despite my wedding running slightly late, They were extremely organised and patient with me and my family throughout the whole process and day. My venue was set up the morning of the wedding which they even requested my sisters to come view and see if any changes we may have and I’m happy to say that nothing was required to be changed as they had met my expectations and vision to what I wanted. What’s an Asian wedding without it running late which did make me a little anxious thinking of how my wedding would come together due to this. We are so appreciative! Thank you to them for making my wedding day prefect! The wedding food, the most important part of a wedding what can I say the food was absolutely amazing. Every guest is still raving about how on point the food was it was piping hot and the quality’s and taste was absolutely amazing which is a true testament to all the hard work in collaboration with the Diamond Wedding Services team that made it possible. Everyone loved how beautiful the decor/ambiance was including the music and how it felt extremely organized – an amazing overall experience. Fantastic experience: Been using diamond for any events and they always do the best job. They go above and beyond expected. I couldn’t recommend diamond enough. Booked them for my engagement recently and at the very last minute I wanted a few things added and Jibran pulled through.. much better than I visualised! - Food by them is mouth watering, you’ll be wanting thirds never mind seconds. - The staff were lovely and all very pleasant. Always making sure we were okay and topping up the buffet. Reception was done very quickly and beautifully set out. You won’t be disappointed in booking them guys so get booking!! Best in the game

Fantastic experience: Couldnt recommend Jibran and his team enough. Everything went to plan on our wedding day which is refreshing considering it was an asian wedding. Jibran went out of his way to source the acrylic chairs that I wanted. 4 months on and we are still getting compliments on how good the food was.

Positive experience: Only person I would go for with planning a wedding is Jibran. The best in the game, knows exactly what he’s doing and is on the ball with organisation. Was very happy with my decor, set-up and organisation and only wish he could have been there on the actual day to lead it as I know it would have went even smoother (some hiccups but nothing major). Mashallah the company has a real talent.

I was excited to be a part of such a lovely giveaway from when she was announced as the lucky winner. The venue for her special day was stunning from start to finish. The red colour contrast against all of the decor was just wow. Immaculate vibes Amazing service from all staff who were on duty that day and the food was exceptional. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Fantastic experience: Diamond catered, planned, organised and ran my cousins wedding day in July 2023 and did so that well that I’m using them in November 2023 for my own event. Jibran and the team were organised, communicated throughout, well prepared and ran the day so smoothly. Not only was the entire operation executed beautifully but the decor was beyond expectations and the food was out of this world. All of the food was served within an hour and highly impressive. We didn’t ever feel rushed, misunderstood or pushed to spend. We worked within a budget and did so beautifully. Thanks to the team and I cannot wait for my own 30th party next week!

Fantastic experience: Having used Diamond Events before almost 12 years ago and receiving a great service we didn't hesitate to use them again for another family wedding. As soon as we knew they had the date available we immediately booked them without consulting any other wedding planners and have had no regrets in doing so! Uncle Azeem and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish, from the food to the decor, everything was amazing, and our guests were truly impressed. We were beyond stunned walking into the venue and seeing the decor - they truly brought our vision to life for our brother's Walima function! They even provided us with some decor to use at home for the Dholki function at no extra cost. Although we encountered an issue regarding the booking of the dhol player for the baraat, which had been booked through Diamond, Jibran (the event manager) went above and beyond to rectify the issue as best as he could (despite Diamond Events not being at fault) and provided us with a full refund and a Dhol player for free for the Walima. Jibran and Mobisher were present throughout the Walima and extremally helpful, respectful and accommodating to my family throughout the night! Hosting an important family event such as a wedding can be stressful and nerve wrecking however we truly felt at ease knowing Diamond Events were taking care of everything. We will be back again for future family weddings In’sha’Allah! If you want your event to shine use Diamond Events!

Fantastic experience: I recently asked Jibraan at Diamond Events to host my daughters Wedding at the Double Tree at Westerwood, Cumbernauld. I must say that the attention to detail was impeccable, as was the entire setting and backdrop that he and his team provided. From the reception to the Main Event, everything was well planned and executed. The food was superb as I expected, as was the service from his staff. The feedback I received from my guests was excellent, all commenting on how good everything was. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jibraan/Diamond Events to anyone thinking to plan an event with him, be it a Mehndi, Wedding or any large function. As far as I am concerned you will find him very competitive as far as costs go, but his staff and service are hard to beat. You will not find a better Events Company in the U.K,.

Staff on the day were extremely accommodating, helpful and went out of their way to make the evening a success whether working with us, the venue staff, DJ team or our live band. During the planning Azeem and Jibran were both very helpful to find solutions to any issues we had. Punjabi food was appreciated by all our guests whether Scottish Punjaban, Scottish, Punjaban, American, European, vegetarian or vegan.
