After reading through the previous reviews, we can honestly say we agree with every single one of them. She is everything you could ever want on your wedding day and so much more — the calm before the storm, the gentle reminder, the precision organiser, and the best‑friend cheerleader all rolled into one. She was present in every moment while somehow blending seamlessly into the background at the same time. It’s hard to explain until you’ve experienced her way of working. We were lucky enough to book the full planning package with Sarah, and we can promise you it was worth every penny. In fact, we’d go as far as saying it was one of the best decisions we made for the entire wedding. We had no idea where to start and only a small brief to go on. From the outset, Sarah handled everything. She sat with us, drew out the key deliverables, worked through the challenges, and sourced every supplier — all while staying within our budget. There was zero stress for us or our families throughout the whole process. No organisational hassle. Just laughs, video calls, supplier meetings, and ultimately the best day of our lives. All calmly choreographed by Sarah. Every supplier she recommended was flawless. They delivered beyond the brief and became part of our day as if it were their own. Fantastic experience: We cannot thank Sarah enough for planning our magical, very last minute winter wedding!! It was everything we imagined and even more and we couldn’t have got through it without Sarah by our side. With just 10 weeks to get everything in place after we decided to bring things forward by 7 months, Sarah remained so calm and focused, we spoke pretty much every day getting everything into place! Her bubbly but calm persona is something that makes you feel instantly comfortable. It was like talking to a friend. Having Sarah at the wedding to coordinate everything meant that we enjoyed every second of it without a worry, she was absolutely all over everything and all our friends and family have not stopped complimenting how lovely she was :) she was a guest as well as our planner! Fantastic experience: I simply can’t recommend Sarah more!! She is truly one of a kind, and both in the run up and on the actual day, excelled in literally every way possible. I was an anxious bride, worrying about bringing together all the elements on the day but also knew I’d struggle to enjoy it if I was nervous. We had a coordinator with our venue who was great, but Sarah knew exactly what I wanted and ensured that everything was absolutely perfect. She is calm, methodical, reassuring and simply allows you to enjoy the day. She is also a wonderful person to have around you, and all our suppliers mentioned how much they loved working with her. I know many Brides think about wedding coordinators and often Grooms aren’t sure how they will add value, but my now Husband agrees that Sarah was the best money we spent on our day and he couldn’t have got through the morning period / ceremony build up without her. Fantastic experience: Sarah was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. She coordinated the day perfectly — everything ran so smoothly that we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment, something I never thought could happen being in events myself. Fantastic experience: We could not have done it without Sarah. Detail orientated, a true professional and someone everyone needs if planning a wedding. As someone who is usually a control freak I felt so at ease and totally let go of the reigns as I knew I could trust Sarah to pull off the wedding of my dreams. The planning process was stress free and Sarah was worth her weight in gold on the day too. I run multiple businesses so when I first got in contact with Sarah it was out of sheer panic of not knowing where to start and overwhelm of tasks building up. From the moment we met up with Sarah we knew we had made the right choice. Although super professional, she’s so down to earth which makes it all the more enjoyable working with her. Nothing was ever too much, from multiple voice notes of panic to late night thoughts on floral ideas. There was a period of time in the lead up to the wedding where I felt a bit too relaxed but that was testament to how organised Sarah is. I had nothing to worry about at all. On our wedding day, we were unsure what the weather would be like with a storm looming but really hoped for an outdoor ceremony. Although she can’t control the weather (if she could she would be amazing at it ) she managed to pull off our dream outdoor ceremony. Our faces throughout the whole day, in awe at the flowers, the decor, the stationary.. everything was perfect. Even if you don’t use Sarah for the planning process, I would 100% recommend having her co-ordinate your day. It will be the best money you ever spend!! Fantastic experience: I never knew we needed Sarah, until I was sat having my makeup done by the face boss one casual Saturday. Meg explained Sarah’s role and purpose.. and being off work at the time with personal issues I just knew I needed her. When I came home from that appointment I searched for Sarah and enquired about her packages - not having told my future husband (as we’d spent enough money). When the brochure came through I knew I did definitely need her to keep me sane. The constant worry of our day being perfect was just too much somedays. We arranged a telephone call and Sarah explained everything, her roles, her responsibilities and she was just the purest soul. After the phonecall I spoke with my future husband who agreed we could have Sarah for our day!! Sarah kept in touch with us, I sent Sarah questions regularly and they were always answered with advice - no matter what day and time it was. Leading up to our big day we met Sarah to go through our day, I felt a million percent comfortable leaving my wedding in Sarah’s hands. On the morning Sarah arrived promptly, she was here there and everywhere. I had no idea if anything was going wrong - I was just calm, with my bridal party and getting ready. Sarah dispensed my dad’s medication when it was time, made sure that guests were comfortable and happy. Sarah sponged down my dress when I tipped a cocktail down it! She collected my nieces suitcase from the car, told guests where to be, put the button holes on the men, collected my son and dad for first looks, made sure everyone’s menus were in the right place, sorted out a broken part on my dress that dug in my back, gave guests confetti, arranged my dress for photos, supported my daughter who cried a million times took us food to the room for afterwards, put canapés behind the bar for us just to name a few. After the wedding people asked who Sarah was, my parents and Chris’s were also wowed by Sarah. If you think you need Sarah, definitely book her!! I would book Sarah again in a heartbeat. She is not only very organised, she has the purest of hearts, kind, happy, friendly, warm and welcoming, her attention to detail is second to none. You will never regret having Sarah at your wedding xx

Fantastic experience: Sarah has such a sparkly personality which really carried the wedding day. She eloquently people manages with her friendly approach and goes over and above to ensure everyone is having the very best time. She is an absolute asset to have as part of the team on a wedding day which can at times be stressful. I was very impressed by her initiative and knowing when I needed help and having things ready for me before I needed to organise them. We have had great communication before and after the wedding and I look forward to working with her again!

Fantastic experience: Sarah was pure joy to work with from start to finish - we honestly can't put into words how incredible she is (although we'll give it a go)!! From the start, she was always at the end of the phone / zoom call, helping us with whatever we needed in the run up and taking the time to understand all the different (and crazy) aspects of our wedding. Fantastic experience: Where do we even start when reviewing this superwoman.. I had been following Sarah since the beginning of my bridal journey on social media so was absolutely thrilled to have met her in person during a visit to our dream venue. Instantly, myself and (now husband) were drawn to her. Sarah is captivating, energetic and so effortlessly understood our needs and vision for the big day.. we asked immediately if she was available on our day (a busy bank holiday in August) and with a stroke of luck, she had availability to coordinate our day. We booked immediately and never looked back. By hiring Sarah, you’re not just hiring someone to support on your big day, in our opinion having her is a non-negotiable. Sarah immediately put myself as the bride in a bridal group via Instagram, this was amazing for planning and support as there are were other brides in there with lots of tips during the planning process, from what sites had discounts, things to think about in the planning process and lots of signposting to the best in the business. This in itself was worth the world and every bride needs to be a part of it. That aside I had been under the impression that I would see Sarah on the day to coordinate the wedding but again, taking us by surprise, she does so much more. Sarah was contactable throughout our whole planning process and always happy to help. If we needed advice in managing other vendors, a cheerleader when we were getting excited and everything in between, Sarah was our person. In addition to this, through the communication we had, it felt like Sarah had become more like a close friend, she was invested in our day and we didn’t feel like it was work for her. Sarah was generally interested in how we wanted our day and took the time and effort to make sure she knew all the details that were important to us. On the run up to the actual day, Sarah was keen to fill in any gaps, again to ensure she was able to run our day the way we had envisaged and set up a face to face meeting to go through all the finer details. This was really helpful and certainly puts a brides mind at ease. On the wedding, Sarah was simply unstoppable. She arrived early and brought a sense of calmness which is needed amongst the chaos and excitement of a big day. She introduced herself to the bridal party and was the force behind what was a perfect day. Sarah certainly had her hands full in managing myself, a very stressed bride with a clingy and unwell baby, she was able to coordinate the vendors, see to every detail that was important to us which meant I was able to be present and focus on what really mattered. In addition to this she was coordinating the groomsmen whom of course, had no idea what was going on lol. Sarah really is a brides best friend and I urge anyone whom is thinking about booking her, to just book. You won’t be disappointed, she is simply amazing and we wouldn’t have had the day we did without her. Behind the scenes, she is everywhere sorting everything and everyone which meant that we were simply able to be present and enjoy the day we had planned. There is no job Sarah doesn’t put her hands to but what is more is that she doesn’t need telling, she sees the details and what needs to be done before it even comes to your attention. We honestly cannot express enough gratitude to this woman, she simply is amazing. Our day is now over but Sarah made our day memorable in the best way, her and the other vendors made an incredible team and became our biggest cheerleaders, taking us to quiet places to soak everything in, ensuring we had drinks and food, capturing the pictures and moments that are now so precious to us and above all, were able to enjoy. Fantastic experience: Sarah is so much more than a wedding planner / co-ordinator, it's like having your best friend and loudest cheerleader by your side for your wedding day but also your designated problem solver who spots problems before they even become an issue and your PA for all those minor questions that your venue will inevitably ask you throughout the day when you're just trying to soak it all up. She walked, ran and danced her way around our venue oozing 10/10 energy all day long, even when things weren't going to plan (which by the way, Sarah will never let you know of!!). She is so much more than just having someone there to make sure things run smoothly and to plan, things like taking me to the toilet in my dress (there is more to it than it sounds), to making sure we had some private time together after the ceremony (that meant so much to us), to literally fetching luggage from cars, fixing my veil and dress to make sure I looked good for photos, to making sure we always had a drink in hand and ensuring we had food in our room for the end of the night.. there are so many 'small' things which Sarah did (that we didn't even ask her for) that made our special day so perfect. It's only now that we look back and think how scarily different it could have been without her! EVERYONE who met Sarah commented on how incredible she was. I know that my Dad was very emotional at points but Sarah put him at ease with her warm, kind energy and I know the best men were very grateful to have her around to help gather people for group shots! We even had a guest ask for Sarah's contact details even though none of his children are engaged yet! If you are wondering whether to book Sarah.. PLEASE do not hesitate. Book her before someone else does! She will be the best money you will spend! xx

Fantastic experience: If you want the most organised, thoughtful and amazing wedding planner - look no further than Sarah! She went above and beyond on our wedding day and we couldn’t imagine it without her and all of her help. We saw Sarah work her magic during a friends wedding last year, and we knew we would be in the safest of hands. Sarah makes sure to listen and understand any concerns, key considerations for the day, and your overall vision to make sure she does all that she can to deliver! We had a morning of rain but we were hoping the weather would clear, and before the venue committed to our indoor “plan B”, Sarah liaised with all suppliers to do all that she could to allow the ceremony to go ahead outside (which it did and it was PERFECT!). From coordinating with suppliers, explaining the reception and ceremony arrangements with the bridal party and groomsman, to everything in between; Sarah takes away so much stress and gives you so much confidence and comfort knowing she is around. She really does do everything she can to make sure you focus on enjoying your special day! She has an act for making sure you take time to digest the important parts of the day, relax when you can, and have the most incredible evening with your guests! She makes every bride feel so special and nothing is ever too much trouble… You need your lipstick? Sarah already has it packed in her bag! My Husband even commented on the day saying “there seems to be a hundred Sarah’s here!” because it feels like she is everywhere at once! Fantastic experience: Sarah is absolutely amazing!!! She’s someone you never realise you need until you have her, and then you wonder how you could have done it without her! The peace of mind she brings is truly priceless, she is worth it a hundred times over. She really does think of everything and more. Because of her I was able to enjoy my wedding day and soak up every moment. She went above and beyond in every way . From organising the bridal party and guests, to sewing sleeves back on and cleaning dresses, to feeding me dessert when I was busy dancing, to making sure the entire day ran flawlessly, she handled everything perfectly. I need you to give me a pep talk to calm me down? ”, lifting me up when I needed encouragement, making sure I had a drink in my hand all day and making me feel like the most important person in the world on the most important day of my life. I can’t tell you how many guests commented on how lovely & professional she was, how approachable she seemed, and how it felt like she was part of the family by the end of the day. Especially my Nan, who is now Sarah’s biggest fan! Looking back, booking Sarah was hands down the BEST decision we made. She didn’t just help us plan a wedding, she made sure we got to enjoy it, be in the moment, and carry memories of the day that will last forever. Fantastic experience: It’s hard to put into words just how incredible Sarah is — and the difference she absolutely will make to your day. Within about five minutes of meeting her, she felt like a new best friend. Honestly, like I’d known her for years. She’s the perfect mix of ultimate professionalism, radiant warmth and genuine kindness, as well as a beautifully calming presence. By the end of it all, you’ll wonder how you ever could have managed without her. I know we certainly did. I’ve lost count of the times we said and have said since, “what would we have done without Sarah?” On the morning of our wedding, I was surprisingly, uncharacteristically calm — seriously I think I freaked my maid of honours out, even when we discovered the straps on my dress were completely wrong after the final fitting. Why? Because deep down I knew: it’s fine- we have Sarah. She will sort it. And of course, she did. Absolutely anything and everything that came up (even probably stuff I didn’t know about ). Sarah once told me it’s hard to explain what she does on a wedding day, because it’s different for every couple. Also I can imagine it’s sometimes difficult to explain, (and I also wondered this for a time)- why have a wedding coordinator when your venue already has one? Let me try and explain from our experience: she’s your hype girl, your dream personal assistant, and your pocket-sized bestie rolled into one — the heroine in a bum bag. She will spot things you never thought of, offer solutions to problems you didn’t know existed and genuinely work her bottom off to give you the wedding experience you’ve always dreamed of. Hiring her was, without question, the best money we spent on our wedding. Here’s just a snapshot of the things she did for us that you maybe wouldn’t think of— going above and beyond at every turn: 1. Sewed my dress straps correctly in place… 10 minutes before the ceremony. 2. Appeared with electrolytes within seconds when my husband felt a migraine coming on. 3. Helped me scoop confetti out of my cleavage (yes, really — that’s dedication). 4. Checked our reception space to make sure it was perfect before we saw it. 5. Personally escorted my grandparents in and out of photos. 6. Ensured we always had a drink in hand. 7. Trimmed my dress underskirt when I kept tripping over it. 8. Was one of only a handful of people to witness our private first dance (and hype us up the whole way through). 9. Captured so many little behind-the-scenes moments on video for us to keep forever. 10. Made sure every one was picture perfect. Not a wonky buttonhole in sight nor a dodgy pocket square. 11. Made the groom a cuppa when he wasn’t fancying any alcohol. 12. Kept checking in to see if we wanted time alone. In fact insisting on it at one point. I can’t tell you the difference this made. She is there to be your rational thought, eyes and ears, so you absolutely can, fear free, be swept up in the beauty and experience of your day. Honestly, if you’re on the fence, take this as your sign: you need Sarah. By the end of the night, I genuinely felt sad that we wouldn’t be hanging out again — that’s how much she became part of our day and our story. Sarah as I’ve already told you. You are AMAZING. Fantastic experience: We had Sarah as an on the day co-ordinator and I honestly don’t know what we’d of done without her! She was anywhere and everywhere and did so much going above and beyond for us! Sarah often made sure we had drinks, she went out of her way to pick us up table cloths as I was missing some for the tables. When the buffet arrived I realised I didn’t order paper plates, Sarah came to the rescue and drove off to get us some! She even managed to set our champagne tower up with a very uneven surface to work with and not one single glass fell. She’s an absolute beautiful person inside and out and I highly recommend her! Even if you think you don’t need her you 100% do, she’ll keep everything for your special day running perfectly!

Fantastic experience: I attended a wedding workshop that Sarah had organised for wedding creatives at Euridge manor. To say the day was beautifully organised is an understatement! Every little detail had been thought through and we were looked after from start to finish! This was my first time meeting Sarah in person but as soon as I did so she felt warm and welcoming.. that welsh accent felt like a hug in itself haha. Fantastic experience: When we had our meeting with Sarah she made us think of lots of really important things that we hadn’t thought about that we needed to sort. Whatever we asked of Sarah on the day was never a problem for her, she was our hype woman! Any problems she sorted discreetly and looked after not only us, but our children and suppliers. Sarah was a huge asset to our wedding day, she even knew when Jeris asked if she could wear sequins to sing for us that it was an absolute yes without asking us! Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Sarah enough!!! From our very first Zoom call in Australia - just two minutes in, I knew Sarah was the one. Her warmth, humour, patience, and expertise instantly put me at ease. She’s not only kind and hilarious, she’s absolutely amazing at her job! Over the past 18 months, Sarah guided us every step of the way, gracefully managing what she called “the busiest couple” she’s ever worked with - and myself being generally chaotic! It was everything we dreamed of and more—truly unforgettable. But what stood out most wasn’t just Sarah’s incredible organisational skills; it was how she became part of our journey. She laughed and cried with us on the day, embraced our family and friends, and treated every moment with genuine care. Her thoughtful check-ins and endless patience with my hundreds of voice notes meant the world. By the time the big day arrived, Sarah felt less like a planner and more like one of our favourite guests—fully present, utterly professional, and brings the vibes! Fantastic experience: What can I say, just wow!! Sarah was insane, just absolutely incredible all day and I would highly recommend booking her. If you’re thinking about it, then stop thinking and just do it, it will be the best money you spend on your wedding day! I’d been following Sarah on Instagram for a while and we first met when I picked up my wedding dress from High Society, she was working in the bridal lounge that day and I just knew we had to book her or I’d regret it! I felt like we just clicked straight away, and that her energy would match ours! Well you didn’t disappoint, Sar I knew you’d be an asset to our dream team of suppliers but you completely exceeded both our expectations. From the second you turned up on the morning of the wedding with your bubbly, positive and friendly vibe, you just shone - and I loved that you were just as buzzed as us for the whole day! We honestly just had the best time with you, you made the entire day so seamless and stress free for us and there’s no way we could have enjoyed it in the way we did without you - you were an absolute dream! Fantastic experience: If you are on the fence about hiring Sarah - just do it!!! We had a venue coordinator but from the minute she arrived Sarah was indispensable, from setting up a first look with my dad to fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle, to making sure we always had drinks/food and handing out glow sticks. Having her there meant that we could just relax and enjoy the day, as could our bridal parties, knowing Sarah would be able to handle any dramas. She worked great with all the other suppliers to keep the day running smoothly, and I cannot recommend her enough!

I opted for her "Day of Coordinator" Package and from the very first meeting, her attention to even the smallest detail gave us reassurance that we were in capable hands. We had our special day 2 weeks ago and guests are still commenting on how amazing Sarah was I had a wedding planner with the venue, and booked Sarah separately for on the day co-ordination. It was the best money I spent!! Sarah did not stop ALL DAY! From steaming my dress, to helping me get in my dress, to sorting all of the groomsmen and my husband (making sure they knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to be doing), finding lost buttonholes, keeping me calm when things got a bit chaotic, to making sure my husband and I had drinks all day, reminding us to eat, having my lipstick and perfume in her bumbag for top-ups all day :), handing out glow sticks, sparklers, sweet bags. And i’m sure there were loads of behind the scenes stuff that Sarah sorted without me even realising. Sarah really went out of her way to make sure she worked well with all the other vendors (photographer, videographers, caterers etc). She was also super helpful in the run up to the wedding, making sure I had everything in hand and had thought about the little things. My husband and I really could not recommend Sarah highly enough. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start? You went so far above and beyond to make our day feel truly special, and I don’t think we’ll ever stop talking about it. Every little detail was thought of—right down to carrying my train, fixing my veil, and reapplying my lipstick, so I didn’t have to think about a thing. My bridesmaids couldn’t believe the level of care and attention you gave us, and the groomsmen? Let’s just say they were whipped into shape and looked the part because of you! You made sure everyone knew what to do and when, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy it. Even our suppliers commented on how lovely and helpful you were. You stayed positive and brought the same energy level at the start of the day till the very end! Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Sarah, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without you on our special day. You were such a calming presence throughout the entire day and you handled everything—especially that ‘little’ venue hiccup—so professionally that most people didn’t even notice, we certainly didn’t. You never stopped moving, always making sure everything was perfect, and it really showed. You went above and beyond in every way, and our day was so much better because of you. Fantastic experience: We live in the US and our son got married in Wales in November.  We worked with Sarah for nine months planning the complicated arrangements necessary to accommodate 45 US guests who came to rural Wales for his wedding. The plans included food (both catered meals and groceries) transport (17 unique bus routes ran over the weekend!) multiple excursions, unique locally sourced gift bags, and hair appts for the wedding day. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with throughout. She had creative ideas, never dropped a detail and brought in wonderful vendors who served us well. Her work for our guests resulted in them having a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Wales in addition to attending a memorable family wedding.  She was generous with her time and always willing to take that extra step for us and our guests.  Knowing she was there during the wedding weekend to handle all our guests’ needs meant that my husband and I could fully relax and enjoy our time in Wales and the wedding.  I recommend her very highly!

Fantastic experience: Everyone needs a Sarah in their lives….and at the very least on their wedding day!!!! What can I say, but wow!!! Sarah is honestly incredible. My only regret is not finding her sooner and booking her to do full wedding planning and coordination. I’d have saved myself a lot of stress, time and money!!! I saw Sarah’s page on Instagram and was instantly drawn to it. The weddings she has done are INSANE…I kept thinking I’d love to book her but never got round to it. As time went on I kept being drawn back to her page. I was feeling overwhelmed with wedding planning whilst trying to juggle a new baby, losing my dad and supporting my sister through her cancer treatment. I knew I needed help, so I finally took the plunge and popped Sarah an email. She was so lovely from her first reply- we scheduled a telephone call and the rest is history. She instantly put me at ease and was so reassuring. From booking Sarah to even after our wedding she’s been phenomenal. Sarah knows her stuff, her eye for detail and contacts within the industry are invaluable. If ever I had a question leading up to wedding or hadn’t booked anything- Sarah was my go to! On our wedding day Sarah brought the energy…she was the little pocket rocket bad ass we needed. She brought an air of calm to the day and nothing was ever too much trouble. From making sure the groom didn’t get too drunk before the ceremony, to helping me into my dress, the countless times she fixed my veil or fluffed my dress. To making sure things ran smoothly, getting our little boy a drink and even sorting a reprinting of a reading that went missing minutes before the ceremony. Sarah didn’t skip a beat. Sarah goes above and beyond for her couples. It’s so clear to see that she has great passion for what she does. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough- my only advice if you are even contemplating booking her is….DO IT!!! Fantastic experience: What can I say, other than everybody needs a Sarah on their wedding day, and in the run up! She was amazing, she brought the vibes when we were all getting ready, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and when, and she went over and above just making sure the day ran smoothly. We had an issue with our Saxophonist cancelling last minute, and Sarah sorted it all out with such ease! And she even helped my mum and our little boy get back to their room when he was ready for bed. Honestly, she helped make our day as special as it was and we'd have been lost without her!! Fantastic experience: There will never be enough words to explain how incredible Sarah is. Sarah coordinated our wedding in September, and the title “coordinator” does not give Sarah the justice she deserves. From the moment she arrived, she was on hand to do absolutely anything and everything. She looked after me and all my bridesmaids, my husband and all the groomsmen; as well as every single guest there. Sarah took all of the stress out of the day. She made everything run like clockwork. She worked amazingly with the venue and all of the suppliers. She thought of things that we would never have even thought of. Things which would have had a massive impact on the day if she hadn’t have sorted them. Sarah always ensured we had a drink in hand. We’ve never been so happy to see Sarah walking towards us with drinks for us whilst we were mid photos. Sarah also wasn’t afraid to tell any suppliers if something should have been done differently. She suggested ideas to the photographers and they’ve produced some of our best photos yet thanks to Sarah. One thing that I never even thought of was that Sarah took photos and videos throughout the day of the behind the scenes. Some of these photos and videos are our favourites from the wedding. Sarah was our own personal content creator. We are so so grateful for this. It’s really hard to put into words how amazing and necessary Sarah is for your wedding. There are so many things that you don’t even think about on your wedding day, and Sarah took care of every single one of those things and more. I have recommended Sarah to absolutely everyone. Sarah is also the most fun to be around. The most beautiful human being and just the best vibe to have around you on your wedding day.

Fantastic experience: Sarah, where do I start ! Sarah was absolutely incredible start to finish and we couldn’t have done it without her ! The planning became totally overwhelming and one ‘no’ from a supplier felt like it was starting all over again but that’s when we met with Sarah. It was a a lot more enjoyable experience when you don’t hear the no’s and the problem is already solved! Hehe! Everything just felt organised, every question answered every worry reassured and made me wonder why we didn’t meet with Sarah sooner ! We originally thought we were going to tackle this by ourselves and I’m so glad we didn’t, well, we couldn’t have ! She took the stress straight out of our hands and let us enjoy the process, Sarah totally understood my vision ..( or should I say our vision hehe)we set up shared photo albums, emails, WhatsApp’s, whatever I fancied that day. Sent over a ton of Pinterest & Instagram inspo and she just nailed it ! It was a dry hire venue which included absolutely nothing, it was too much for us to take on but Sarah knew exactly what to do ! Who knew you had to hire bars ? Chairs ? Tables ? And need staff to move these .. Sarah made the effort to get to know all the wedding parties name & relationships, so it truely felt like having another friend there with you on the day, we felt totally in good hands. It wasn’t until after the wedding I truly truly appreciated everything Sarah had done, I couldn’t imagine being the point of contact on the day for when things needed sorting, a number of candles hadn’t arrived, we were non the wiser the problem was solved & we were never told, a friend has lost some sunglasses and that problem was solved, a bridesmaid with a new born baby needed directing to accommodation Sarah was there, directing photographers makup artists, hair stylists in the right direction & the list goes on ! and everyone knew they had Sarah to go to, without Sarah that person would of been the bride or the groom because no one else had visited the venue before hand or knew the details of the day which is just one of the reasons i now think how would we of done this without her ? How would we have been able to switch of and enjoy the day? Our main concern of the day is for it not to flow,we didn’t understand the logistics of how things can be moved how people are where they need to be and what staff go where, and to be honest I still don’t know the logistics but Sarah does, and she made our day flow magically it was a fairytale and I still pinch myself with how perfect it was. The week leading up to the wedding I had seen a number of new things on Instagram … the year of the bows, pinged them over to Sarah thinking we have no time to be adding things but was met with yes ok done. A true perfectionist with a eye for detail & nothing was to little or to big to ask. We cant quite put into words how grateful we are for Sarah which is why this review has taken so long as words just don’t seem enough ! Just Thankyou Thankyou for bringing such a friendly bubbly vibe to our morning, it felt so comforting having you there, almost wanted you ina matching robe with a Prosecco in hand ! Fantastic experience: Sarah made our wedding day run like clockwork and allowed us to be fully present in the day. She is extremely organised and has amazing energy to be around. Very knowledgeable of the industry. She rolls up her sleeves and runs around without being noticed. Most importantly made sure I always had a glass of fizz in hand! Fantastic experience: Wow, where do I begin? Firstly I began planning my wedding completely on my own shortly after becoming engaged down to the sheer excitement. Shortly after I began drowning in work pressure, 2 x separate pregnancies and the general stress of daily life. I soon realised that this would be too much for me to handle on my wedding day (32 weeks pregnant). When Sarah came onboard I provided her with everything I had completed myself so far and as dribs and drabs here and there. The run up closer to my wedding Sarah asked me to clarify vendors and other important information, closer to the wedding we met for a coffee to run through everything. To my absolute shock and delight all the dribs and drabs I had sent over time Sarah had organised and put into one document not missing a single thing. We ran through every detail and updated some bits that were no longer the case. Sarah asked me questions that I hadn’t even thought of but made so much sense when she did ask me. I immediately thought ‘Wow she really knows what she’s doing’ and I was at COMPLETE ease. I knew our wedding was in safe hands just knowing Sarah would be there, understanding my vision and boy did she not disappoint. She made the effort of learning family conflicts (My parents are separated) and also learnt every name of those people included in the wedding party. The day of the wedding, as soon as I saw Sarah’s face I immediately remembered I was in good hands. She was at complete ease which made me so relaxed. Sarah often described me as such a chill bride but that was all because of her, I didn’t have anything to worry about. Things like where our family would be sat during the service, running errands back and forth so that no one disturbed the bridal party or saw us getting ready, making sure all of the finer details I had discussed during the meeting had been put in place, assisting the venue, mucking in with the florist, ensuring I was still looking amazing when I walked through the downpour to my venue, organising the bridal party and groomsmen order for the aisle, making sure I walked down the aisle at the precise timing I wished when my favourite song was being played, ensuring the dietary requirements were always being met. These are just some of the things I knew she was taking care of and I was fully appreciative. Over the course of the next few hours we were so busy getting photos, taking trips to the beach, topping up make up, removing make up stains from my dress. She even offered to take me to the toilet and dry my dress which was absolutely soaked. One of my favourite moments was having to completely remove my dress due to the confetti throw lodging dried flowers in some uncomfortable places There were plenty of people I could have asked for throughout the day, but Sarah was the only person I wanted or needed. I knew anything I faced her with she would be relaxed and say it’s absolutely fine and take care of it. I trusted Sarah with my wedding and even more importantly I trusted her with my son. During the speeches I really did want the time to listen to them and she kindly took my 11 month old out of the room and kept him busy. She even took some videos and looking at them now, he was so happy with her. My dog even loved her! She had no issues Sarah getting her from accommodation for pictures. These really are just snippets of what Sarah did at our wedding. I know she did so so so much more than this but this review would truly never end. Sarah is an incredible person and I really feel I have made a friend for life. If you are contemplating booking Sarah, this is your sign. Don’t leave yourself a to do list on the day, have Sarah support you and make your dream wedding come true. She truly is a master, a perfectionist and a beautiful person inside and out. Fantastic experience: Sarah is amazing. When she first laid eyes on me (the groom) I was walking towards her with a stinking hangover after my groomsmen and I took it too far the night before. She told me to pull it together, offered me some chewing gum and from then on she literally sorted everything. With military like precision she gave me and the groomsmen our tasks in our room before the ceremony kicked off. It was like being in a war room before the D-day landings. (Which is exactly what my boys needed). She was everywhere during the day, I could have sworn there was 3 of her. Amazing 10/10. Yours faithfully, hopeless groom

Fantastic experience: Sarah handled the entire end to end planning of my wedding. We started working with her about a year out and she made everything so easy. Sarah made excellent recommendations and really got to know exactly what we like and want. She picked up on an endless list of major and minor issues and details which resulted in the day being absolutely perfect from start to finish. She handled all of the venue and vendor negotiations and really did turn our dream into a reality. It’s really difficult to articulate just how good Sarah is and how key she was to the entire process.

Fantastic experience: Sarah set up and coordinated our wedding this weekend and she was honestly incredible. Our venue came with a coordinator and I was wondering whether we needed Sarah at points but omg did we! From the moment we met to talk about wedding plans she filled us with confidence of our ideas or suggested alternatives where it couldn’t work. On the day… wow! Firstly - the set up was stunning!! A few things went wrong on the day - a missing tie, missing buttonhole, overheated venue iPad for ceremony music, issues with food allergy meals, table plan rearrangement… and quite a few other bits! Sarah dealt with everything quickly and without a fuss- and without us knowing at the time! It wasn’t just issue management though; she had my sunglasses, kept my bag safe, caked us in suncream, always made sure we had a drink, she was also handing out glow sticks and flip flops on the dancefloor and generally being our hype girl for pics and moments when we needed it… I could go on! Equally, she blended into the background when not needed. Sarahs energy is so infectious and we loved having her around. If you’re contemplating booking - do it! Fantastic experience: Sarah you are absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t have done it without you! How you are so organised and on it whilst being fun and hilarious I don’t understand the day was PERFECT from start to finish. So many guests have said how lovely and good you were! Your care for us was obvious. Having you on hand through the day for all those little things was INVALUABLE. Who else could be told by a bride whilst lighting a fire that there’s a bag of stuff for smores somewhere in a house, find it and then present it beautifully on a tray!?!?
