Thank you for your feedback. I am shocked and saddened, yes I am sorry I made a mistake and gave you a vintage silver easel and instead of a white easel. The photo that you put on is of the back of the easel, which is a champagne colour but the front is Vintage silver. We did apologise to you and gave a refund on the easel. For you to say that it ruined your wedding day, when you had a lot of silver items I.e two large candelabras supplied by us, centrepieces again that were silver aswell as two wedding Thrones in silver and in the same style as the easel from another supplier. As for the backdrop you paid £120 18 months ago you didn't ask me to move the backdrop when you booked. One month before your wedding, you asked me if I could move the backdrop from upstairs to downstairs which I told you no I couldn't do that, because if anybody has been to Canada Lodge or dressed it you would know you would have to take the full backdrop down which isn't easy. Take it downstairs, move the top table which would have been dressed by another supplier and put the backdrop up and put the top table back, which we do not do. You asked if we had another backdrop which you could hire. Which we did and we honoured the same price as when you booked 18 months ago. All you paid for is what you hired. You didn't pay for flowers on the easel. You wanted us to glue flowers onto the mirror which would not do because it would ruin the mirror when we would need to take them off. I would like to also mention you didn't say about the extra things we did for you for example, put lights and flowers on the candelabras, put your table planner on the mirror and dressed the two pillars in the wedding room for you, for no additional charge. As for the deposit I did not try to keep it. I paid you it back and the refund for the easel.
