Fantastic experience: Jodie and her team were an absolute joy to work with on Abi & Matt's wedding day at Jimmy's Farm. From amazing communication before their wedding, to complete on the day timelines (and last minute cake table moving!), Jodie's organisation was faultless. From a suppliers point of view, I would highly recommend Jodie and her team to bring your dream wedding to life.

Fantastic experience: Jodie was an absolute powerhouse/superstar/ all the wonderful things in the world for our wedding day! Jodie made sure the day ran seamlessly. It was honestly the best day of our lives. She was as silent and invisible on the day as a ninja but we knew she was scurrying about behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. Fantastic experience: If you are considering a planner for your wedding and are alternative, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or just wanting to do something that diverges from the norm, please do yourself a favour and enlist Jodie (known as roadie Jodie for our fest wedding). She was our planner, advisor, confidant, and even got stuck in helping us with wedding DIY. Jodie is more than a planner, she will also be your advocate and biggest cheerleader. She’ll accept you for whoever you are as individuals and a couple and bring your vision to life with no qualms or questioning, however bizarre it is! We had a wedding we didn’t know was possible because of this woman. Just trust me, book her. There were so many different moving parts involved in our wedding - a living room ceremony in the woods, things needing moving to other areas, a catering company and a food truck (plus another food truck for the morning after), 3 different bars (one of which was staffed), people arriving (at different times of the day!) with cakes for a bake off comp, guests with tents to pitch, 2 bands, space hopper races which involved a commentator, a surprise time warp dance by bridesmaids, a campfire (which we’re sure involved some rigorous paperwork her end), and all on top of the usual wedding requirements like photographer, celebrant, venue etc. All of the suppliers she sourced us were not only right for wedding vibe, but were the right kind of people we needed around us. This powerhouse of a woman even managed to deliver a Birthday card to one of our guests on the day. And that’s honestly not even the half of it. The weather didn’t hold for one part of our day and she seamlessly sorted a back up plan. She also had to deal with a bride and groom who needed regular breaks and managed to disappear at the most inopportune times because they didn’t know what the time was! But the best thing about it? We got to just be fully present in the day and were blissfully unaware of this all happening around us. Not a single problem or decision needed to come our way for the whole day. Jodie has the expertise to manage it and you can trust in her understanding of your needs, wants and vision to just crack on. So many guests have commented that it is the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and one that truly represented us. Even suppliers said on the day how nice it was to work in such a fun and relaxed environment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for empowering us to be ourselves and have a wedding day that represented us, not what people told us we should do.

Fantastic experience: Jodie and Luke absolutely smashed it on our wedding day the 17th August. We hired Jodie as a wedding coordinator for our wedding day as we didnt want to worry about anything ourselves on the day and boy was she just what we needed! Jodie and her husband Luke ensured everything ran perfectly and seamless for us. They went above and beyond to ensure our vision became reality and we are eternally grateful for everything they done for us and others on the day. You are both such amazing people and we are so glad we had the opportunity to work with you and have you with us on our big day. Thank you again both! Fantastic experience: I cannot reccomend this flawless woman enough. We hired Jodie as a day of coordinator for our wedding in July. Jodie and her husband Luke worked tirelessly throughout the day to keep things running smoothly and to keep the event area tidy. She was a friendly, calm and organised presence throughout the day and weeks leading up to the wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and Jodie went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable. She has lightening fast reflexes and rescued my husbands grandma in a runaway wheelchair! Fantastic experience: We met Jodie at a wedding fair a year before our wedding. We hadn’t planned on hiring a wedding planner, but after talking to Jodie we decided it would be a good idea to take some stress off. It was honestly the best decision we made! I hadn’t foreseen all the things that could go wrong or need sorting, but Jodie made everything run smoothly and kept me sane on the day and for the month before! Fantastic experience: As soon as my partner popped the question I knew Jodie would be the best person to help us plan our wedding. We didn’t want it to be typically conventional and Jodie was completely onboard with realising our ideas. She had a great list of suppliers and if we had an idea, she was able to point us in the right direction to make it happen. We were completely lost on where to even begin before Jodie stepped in and advised us. Every step of the way through the whole planning process Jodie was the calm & friendly voice guiding us. From finding the venue to pulling the whole autumnal Viking theme together Jodie was always ready to help. Jodie is incredibly organised and it was so nice to have her in your corner sorting out suppliers for you. She even managed to organise a complete surprise for us on the wedding day (in cahoots with my mum and nan). We also had Jodie there for the day to make sure everything ran smoothly and boy did it! Fantastic experience: We just had our invitations delivered today and they are absolutely fantastic. Jodie designed them, allowed us to make as many changes as we wanted to, she always gave us lots of options to choose from when picking the original design and just knew exactly what we wanted. Would 100% recommend, thank you so much! Can’t wait to send them out and show them off!!

Fantastic experience: How to make a special day, AMAZING, add Jodie. Was my "60 years young" birthday, and Jodie did it all. Thought of everything, didn't have to lift a finger, all I had to do was enjoy the day, which I REALLY did!!!! Dispite current restrictions, it all went ahead, and you'd have never known there were any. Thank you so much Jodie, it was everything and more
