Fantastic experience: Ama was our Day-Of Coordinator on our July 2025 wedding in London. There were a lot of moving parts - 3 different venues, a double decker bus and a lot of DIY decor. Ama had multiple calls with us on the months leading up to the wedding to ensure she knew our timeline like the back of her hand. She asked all the right questions and gave helpful tips that nether of us would have thought of, especially ones from the bride’s perspective having been through it herself. There were a couple of hiccups on the day like stand-still traffic (classic London!) which ate into a big chunk of our schedule and Ama worked with our other vendors to ensure the rest of the day ran smoothly. The guests were all none-the-wiser and many (especially Jia’s mum!) have said kind words about Ama and how seamlessly the day went. Thank you so much Ama ❤️ we really appreciate you and everything you did to make our day special.

Fantastic experience: The best decision you’ll make. Ama was worth her weight in gold. A calming figure in the lead up to the wedding, she went above and beyond to help make the whole experience run as smoothly as possible. The day went off without a hitch and that’s a testament to her hard work and expertise. We had numerous wedding guests complement her and her services as well which is always a plus. I’d recommend her to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Ama was the coordinator for our recent home wedding and we honestly cannot recommend her and her services enough. From her calming and measured presence in the weeks running up to the day, to her diligent and steadfast hard work to make sure the day itself ran smoothly, she truly went above and beyond, adapting exceptionally well under presssure and in an, at points, stressful environment. She even managed to make a leak in the tipi mid wedding seem like no big deal. We could not have done the day without her and can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: We chose Ama as our on the day wedding coordinator and are so glad we did! Ama struck the perfect balance between remaining calm whilst keeping us aware of any snags cropping up. She kept us on track to our timing schedule and was happy to do announcements. Ama went above and beyond to help us however she could, which we are so grateful for. For example, she helped wrap up several table arrangements of flowers that we wanted to hand out to some guests and take home and she collected all the momentos we wanted to keep for example table name cards and got everything ready so that when we left it was all done for us. Ama also has great ideas and in our prep calls often identified things my partner and I had overlooked in our planning. Ama got there on the day in plenty of time and worked really well with the other suppliers too. We spoke to a number of coordinators before finding Ama, all who we found very stressy and rushing us. Ama’s calm and genuinely positive approach is invaluable, and we never felt rushed. We could tell she genuinely loves what she does as well. We would definitely recommend Ama to other couples and even for other event occasions! Thank you Ama for all your help in ensuring our special day went smoothly and enabling us and our family to have peace of mind and enjoy the day!

Fantastic experience: Ama was fantastic and we were so grateful to have her as our wedding coordinator on the day. She was so helpful in the run up to our wedding making lots of time to discuss the day with us and gave us so many pointers and things we hadn't thought about, which was really helpful. It also helped reassure us that we had thought of everything. Then on the day of the wedding she was so helpful. She already had her list of things she was going to do and when, so needed very little help to get started. We also had an issue with the toilet trailer which she noticed and got fixed before guests turned up. She worked very hard on the background keeping things running smoothly, including sorting the band out when they arrived 2 hours early. She also kept us and the wedding party updated with the things she was doing to make sure we knew it was all covered. Ama doing a great job meant that we could just relax and enjoy our day - thank you so much Ama!

Fantastic experience: We had Ama as our wedding coordinator for the day of our wedding London. As we had multiple venues throughout the day we really wanted someone we could trust to coordinate all aspects of the day so we did not need to worry. Ama was absolutely fantastic - from the pre calls ahead of the wedding so she knew the schedule inside out, to the care and attention on the day - we were so impressed with Ama and her professionalism and high standards. Fantastic experience: I booked Ama as my wedding coordinator in December and she was amazing. We had around 90 guests and on a tight budget so we were doing everything ourselves. From decorations, to napkin folding, setting out cutlery and plates, greeting vendors and guests, it should have been a mad-house but it wasn't because she is so calm and professional! She went over and above to take on tasks and I didn't even have to ask her to sort out problems as they arose. Ama helped me with a lot of things I wouldn't even have thought about, for example, order of bridesmaids coming into the church, queuing the musicians and making announcements to the guests. I would definitely recommend her if you're someone who wants to plan your own wedding and keep control of the details, but you need someone to steer the ship on the day. For control freak brides out there (like me) she is very understanding and it's worth it to relax and be present on your day. Thank you Ama!

Fantastic experience: Ama has been absolutely brilliant in supporting us with Day-of Coordination - she went above and beyond and it was amazing to see how she was able to bring our vision to life, which included the all important task of decorating the venue. During various consultations in the weeks leading up to the wedding, Ama always took the time to understand our plans and ask good questions. She also communicated well with our vendors. I appreciate her very calm and friendly manner even when things started to get busy. On the day, Ama was very quick to adapt to changing priorities and find solutions to any unforeseen issues that came up. This is where she really excelled and which I'm so grateful for. Ama also stepped in to do some announcements which she delivered perfectly. I'm very happy that Ama was part of our special day, she has been a real star to work with and I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: What can I say, Ama was an absolute star!! Ama was organised and proactive from beginning to end to ensure all of the bride's plans came to life in what turned out to be an event that exceeded our expectations. She has a strong eye for detail and made sure everything was set up on-time according to the event schedule. Ama was warm and friendly to my family and guests not to mention helping me as brother of the bride, calm my nerves before delivering my speech! From the first consultation until the last dance at our reception, Ama was an absolute gem and gave us peace of mind. Then when it came to the day, she effortlessly managed every detail, ensuring that our special day went off without a hitch. Ama's organisational skills are second to none. Fantastic experience: Ama was our On the Day coordinator for our wedding in August for 150 guests. From the moment we met Ama we were blown away by her calm and kind demeanour. Ama helped us finalise any outstanding plans, speak to our suppliers and loop everyone together with a project plan which reduced a lot of stress for us in the build up and meant we had a lot more time! On the day Ama dealt with everything amazingly, she resolved several issues on our behalf which meant we could enjoy the day, helped to finish the set up, and was a great POC for any questions. My family and friends all commented on her calming and positive nature which had such a great impact on the day! I would 100% look to work with Ama again on future events and have recommended her to all our friends and family for future upcoming weddings. She was just fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Ama was amazing as our wedding coordinator! She was calm and collected and in control of the day. As much as we planned for the day, we had a number of things we couldn't preempt but Ama solved problems and sorted things out while we were preoccupied.
